    I aggravated a 19 year old tennis elbow injury 2 days ago. I did the elbow exercise repeatedly both sides. Last night was a bad night. Today much better.I had recently noticed my elbows were different if I compared them stretched out in front of me palm up . Just now apart from swelling on the bad side everything is a mirror image. This is very encouraging .👍

    Very helpful exercise.. suffering tennis elbow nearly 6 month and almost give up on doing strength training. Feeling better now.. thanks a lot

    Hi Dr. I live in London and the waiting list for physio is long so I just found your video. I am going to do these exercises and see if the pain goes away. Around the elbow also is swollen. Is that common with tennis elbow?

    Hi doctor.
    I really need your help .
    I had a hemstring injury almost 1 year ago it does not heal yet. My bicep famorius ( hard muscle behind the knee) go in side it does not feel behind my thigh and I have feeling pain when I stretching my leg . problem is that my foot do not feel full force . I m facing problem in my balance .

    Hi Thank you for this video.
    I have a few questions. Hope you will answer these
    1) I am holding a soft a soft ball and pressing it for some exercise. Is it ok I do this in spite of a slight pain. It is bearable. I am asking to avoid doing any thing wrong and harm my elbow.
    2) In the morning when I wake up after sleep, my elbow joint is having a bit of stress and a kind of pain and it is a bit difficult for me to move the joint for a few seconds until I stretch. Is this common?
    3) I work on laptop and use mouse a lot. Is it ok if I do this with tennis elbow?
    4) I used to play badminton and since 2 months unable to. Do you think I can play ever again??
