Just an update for anyone who cares. 5 months ago I was struggling. Yesterday I just got myself a 26ft box truck in addition to the 14 I’ve been running. Doing very decent. God is good.
Shalom, I’d say get some neoprene floor runners for when it rains. You can put them on the ramp and it is completely non slip. I use it for my moving company when it rains they are a life saver and prevents injury
@JoshandAbre Much respect to you, brothers . Keep up the great work and don't let anyone discourage you. As a matter of fact I've been wanting to get started with a box truck, but I will settle for a cargo van to begin with. And you guy s have inspired me to push forward.
I am going to school for electrician, I still have 7 months of shcool left. I want to be a business man that's my dream idk if I should put my all into electrican or this box trucking business that I want to start. but how is the electrical business going ? do you make good profits ? did it take you along time to get this company started? sorry for the questions feeling really lost and feel like idk what to do.
@@quack3445 no problem dude, honestly I got pushed in to it way sooner than I was planning but it's been working out. I used bizee to set up my LLC back in the beginning of June. Had a few jobs waiting on me that required permits. Did those and used the money for business start up cost. My only overhead is just my normal living cost which is roughly 2500 a month. The only thing I wish was that I had a bigger clientele built up and a bit more saving in my account before getting pushed. Luckily I learned about thumbtack from this channel so that has helped get jobs until my name can get out there more. I price well enough to where I can easily make 350-1500 in revenue in a day only working 1-4 hours. And I work by myself right now so I get all the profits. I love being an electrician and I love working for myself just takes more time than trucking since you need electrical license to legally run the business.
@@quack3445 I could have sworn I responded to your comment idk. TLDR profits are good but if you want to start a business now go with the trucking business as electrical business requires a license.
Man you guys are so inspiring. I’m in the process of getting started and the information that you and your soon to be wife along with your partner that you work with is very useful. Thank you for sharing your journey. You are helping people like me. Keep doing what you’re doing.
You guys are inspiring imma start a junk removal company soon but right now I’m gathering info to do it right and stress out also … is there different permits you need to get and different insurance like if it’s commercial or ??
You did great, I would of flipped the file cabinets for 30 to 40 each. You could have gotten at least that much. They looked in excellent condition. Did you sell the chairs? I heard something about scrap. But not sure. Sorry been doing spark all day and I'm tired 😂. Way to go❤❤❤
