With insurance & fuel being your biggest overhead along with truck payments, you're doing it right. I had a 5yr. note with truck & I was able to pay it off in 3yrs. Yeah it was hard, but it worked. I now own everything. Keep on trucking. 😁
We don’t have any truck payments we own our pickup truck and box truck. We have a goal of doing this with as little debt as possible. Yessir keep on trucking 🚛💪🏾🤝🏾

Why get an office? Just another expense that takes money from your business. More overhead for what? Keep running the business out of your home and keep stacking until you can buy an office outright and not worry about overhead and unnecessary expenses. Because that office rent will be due no matter how slow the business is. Something to consider

I don’t understand how Houston doesn’t have any weight in stations. Here they charge by the dump load. By the cubic yard… $14,50 a cubic yard? Am I missing something? How do I find one that’s by weight??
