Came back to look at this build as I’m thinking of doing something similar to my gladiator. I think this set up in the video (since it has the trial in arm with dual shock/coilover set up) paired up with a double throwdown in front (evo dual shock/coilover) would be the ultimate badass go fast Baja off road gladiator, damn that would be sick!
We needed to have the Rubicon T-case and push button sway bar disconnect. Plus we were able to sell the axles, tires, wheels and bumpers for around $5,800 to put towards the build.
Can I order the rear bumper? I’m not far, can pick it up from auburn. Love this set up, I’d just change up 2 things, coilovers in front and a triangulated 4 link in rear, basically just make those two uppers go in so can get rid of track bar. But overall, one of the baddest gladiators around! Nice build WFO! My local peeps!!
With a build like this, I can't help but wonder how close it puts you to the GVWR. Sure, the structure can now handle heavier loads than it was rated for, but unless you go through the process of getting a new GVWR, legally it is what the door sticker says it is. Payload and towing capacity on these is low to begin with, right out of the dealership.

Great build, but why get a Rubicon? Just start with a Sport with tow package to get the upgraded cooling and have at it!

Great idea with the trailing arms but why not move the fuel cell into the bed and triangulate the uppers in the back and get rid of the panhard?
Do to CA emission laws we cant legally move the fuel tank.

nice work but put it back up as missing bump stop by locked ,not just rubber as when jump off ramp need hydrylic bump stop to cmplete build

Had 1200 pounds in the bed the other day. She was soft but did just fine. Also tow 3500 regularly.
