Kat is a very strong young woman! My heart goes out to her about her mother. I had a hard time when my mother died at age 100. Don't let the Left erase the word mother.
Sage found another hat with interviews, she's growing leaps and bounds outside the sports lane. I adore Sage! Here? The best Kat interview I've ever seen. Both women are like fine wine, aging amazingly. As an independant Kat is a hero for me. Here? Stupifying, very educational and inspiring. Each unique, each an important American voice for right now. Thank you ladies, God bless you both! Oh, Sage being so naturally generous as a personality strength is not only beautiful, but is huge in her craft as an interviewer. Sage is special, unique and truly gifted. With Sage asks the question she truly wants tbpersons answere and thoughts. What an example for all of us. Sage doesn't play that whole "gotcha" crap.
I'm 52, raised Catholic, Catholic schools, etc. I don't go to church or confession because I feel my direct conversations with God eliminates the middle man. I feel church attendance is good when you need that sense of community.

Kat your mother would be so proud of what you have done and accomplished. I love you on The Gutfeld Show. The three of you are so great together ( You, Greg and Tyrus). Keep up the great work. I love how honest you are. Sage I love this show and your format. You are able to communicate with so many people with different ideas and beliefs. I look forward to see who is going to be next as a guest.
Thank you for this great conversation. I may have teared up a bit around 12:00 where Kat was talking about last days. It's been over 14 years since I lost my dad and I still feel regret, like somehow I should've done more during that time. But she's right, there is no right way.
I understand what Kat said about losing her mother. We unexpectedly lost our mother and it was a total shock. The hardest phone call I ever made was to tell my daughter that Grammy was gone. Each person has their own coping mechanisms, after a while I secretly wished that people would stop expressing their sympathy. I graciously accepted though by understanding that they were truly being kind.
Sage you placed a sees in Kat. You told her, you can research Christianity. Kat will come to know Christ as her savior, I can feel this in her. You opened a door for Kat. Especially since she is pregnant. You ask so many questions having a baby. You want stability and Christ’s love and presence around you and your family. She is in a complete new level listening to you about God. Great conversation about everything addressed. Also the covid issue, which I completely agree with everything you both said. I’ve heard Kat talk briefly about depression, anxiety, and ADHD before but not to this extent. As a parent of a child with chronic depression, to say it’s tough is an understatement. All I can say is talk to them about anything. Let them tell you how they feel and ensure they are receiving the professional help they need. As a parent you are unable to be completely objective but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t flat out ask “how are you doing?” or “is the medication still working well?” Those are not frequent questions but are still important. You need to be alert to changes in behavior. Thanks Sage for talking about it with Kat.

Both of you are amazing. I know in my heart, your faith is deeply rooted in each of you and the little doubts or nagging you may feel, is Our Lord so longing for your friendship. He will always reciprocate, just as the prodigal son was so welcome and loved by his father. I’ll pray for both of you for your happiness persistent longing for our heavenly Father’s love.
I was born when my parents were older. So by the time I was 25 years old both my mother and father were gone. I can remember going to a holistic doctor and she looked at me and said how did you do you at such a young age? Because when you are 25 years old there are major decisions that you make in your life. As a 25-year-old how do you make decisions that can change your life by yourself? I can remember smiling and looking at her and saying my parents told me that I could do anything I wanted if I was willing to fight for it❤
Great interview. I would have sworn COVID would be the number one issue in this election and it's barely even mentioned. Never forget, CA and MN were up there as the worst cases of COVID management, so please oh please keep ringing the COVID bell. That and what they want to do to kids is everything.
My mom was dying in the hospital during covid, but not from covid. There were six kids and they said two of us could see her but we stood our ground and they finally let us all in after we demanded it but it definitely was a challenge. They kept coming back and saying no. We didn't give up. I will never forget it until the day I die. We could only have ten people at her funeral and it had to be graveside.
Sage, I knew of you prior to Gutfeld! but between there and your interview with Tucker, I really appreciate your style of interviews. Two of my favorite TV/steaming people are Kat (aka Dirtbag Deb) and Tyrus. Your interview with Tyrus was also great. I read his first book. Maybe he’d take away my alpha-male card, but I shed a tear or two reading it and again towards the end of that interview.
Her response to religion and faith was exactly how I feel about it all. That's probably the first time I've heard someone in the public eye reflect the same thoughts I have on the subject. Sometimes I find myself a little envious of those who have faith and who are blissful because of it.
Scott, I accepted Christ into my life when I was in high school. My home life was really lousy and when I left home at 18 I rebelled in a major way and started doing drugs and other things. My life spiraled out of control, and I was an absolute mess for several years. I woke up at some point and started getting my ACT together, but I still hadn't totally move back towards the Lord. Over the past two or three years, my faith has become a more central part of my life. You won't believe the peace that I have because of it. I pray that you will open your heart to Christ and find the same.
Cat is one of my favorite people. I agree with her on a lot of things. I suffer from extreme depression myself. I’ve been on anti depressants for over 40 years. It’s no fun for sure. It’s harder on me than anyone. What bothers me most is how it affects my loved ones.
Sylvia browne books are the best for understanding God and why we are here and where we will go. Im not a religious person but reading Sylvia browne books have answered all of my ? About life.. 😊
I've always enjoyed listening to Kat's libertarian point of view on the Gutfield! Show. I've read her first book and need to find time to read her second one. I would love to get her opinion of Chase Oliver, the Libertarian Party's presidential candidate.
This is great, 2 amazing women, love ya both! Kat, I'm 40 and my religion perspective is almost identical. It's hard to believe, but would like to get there.
I really like the realness of this conversation. Forget religeousity, just establish a real relationship with God. These two seem to be on the right track.
Ladies - Catholicism is not the only expression of Christian faith. If you don’t want to live with rituals, like confessing to a human, take a look at other denominations. There is wonderful freedom in having a direct line to the creator of the universe. At the moment Christ died, the veil in the temple was torn in two; the veil that had separated the people from God; the veil that only the highest religious leader could pass through - that veil came down and gave us access to God. Christ showed us a loving God and God put the exclamation point on it when He tore the veil down. The Priest is not your go-between and it sounds like Sage is growing closer to God without that go-between. Stay on the journey ladies. I’m making my way down mine too.
I'm a convert to Catholicism (thanking always a former beau who brought me to The Church) which occurred around the time of my divorce. Having to raise a young son mostly on my own --- it's funny, becoming Catholic at that tender time in my life became very wonderful, important, and incredibly powerful/helpful. And that was 30 yrs ago!! I wish for Kat the journey I've had & I so enjoyed Sage's lovely input about her Faith for Kat. Just like "planting a seed" or "lighting a fire"! Blessings to you both!! 💗💗💗🙏🙏🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
I've gotta say I completely relate to Kat with using humor as a way to cope with her mother's death. All the things she laid out is the same way that I have approached my dad's death. 5 out of 7 days of the week I usually get emotional in the mornings whenever a memory pops in about my father, so yeah of course I miss him every day but I make very similar jokes about him dying and his death that Kat does. Honestly I think it's healthy and a really good way to approach the situation.
I was 25 and had the same thing happen to me. The Dr.s ignored it because it was so "rare" in people that young. All most killed me too. I have heard this same story several times now, and hopefully they realize its not so rare any more. I was super lucky that the hospital that saved my life, just brought the former head of colen specialist out of retirement to head up their new department. He was one of the leaders in the fields in the entire country. Just a weird coincidence i guess.
Haha-guessing you don’t get out much. Sage is smart, but Kat has a lot to learn-especially how to talk! How many times does she say, “like” while talking?
Sage and Kat….There is a HUGE difference between religion and relationship! The denomination doesn’t matter….its a personal relationship with Jesus who died for us all to provide a way for forgiveness and relationship.
My husbands bowel perforated but he wasn’t so lucky. He had a really hard time trying to heal and after a few weeks he succumbed to it. I’m glad Kat was much luckier.
I lost my mom the day before christmas Eve. I was more prepared for it because she died of Dementia and while I was sad she died it was more like okay I have to help my daughter through a whole new experience just after her own birthday and her grieving my mom. I had a 3 year old crying wanting her grandma. I was more prepared for my mom's death and took the time to say good bye given I got the call she was going to die 12 hours roughly before she died. I told her it was okay to die and that I would be okay and that she could go be with her parents and brothers who died before her and the grandson she never got to meet.
On the faith thing let me give you an opinion as the son of a Baptist minister. I was told I was going to church every Sunday and Wednesday. I was told all of things teenagers are told are evil like music, sex, movies, alcohol, drugs etc. Even though I was a preachers kid as I got older I started questioning the ideas of being required to go to the building of church. My parents let me in the end make my decisions. The Bible says that where two or more gather together God is there. I’m gonna sound cheesy here but I’m gonna give a quote from a song by the Christian group DCTalk. The greatest single cause of atheism in the world today Is Christians who acknowledge Jesus with their lips Then walk out the door and deny him by their lifestyle. That is what an unbelieving world simply finds unbelievable.
one horrible consequence of the lockdowns that not enough people are talking about that EVERYONE should be furious about is the amount of children that were murdered by abusive and neglectful parents. a lot of abused children get help because teachers, doctors & daycare/childcare workers are mandatory reporters so what happens when those people no longer lay eyes on at-risk children? lots of kids were starved to death too. some kids are also saved because family members & neighbours speak up after seeing bruising, extreme weightloss, etc. but now parents have an excuse to hide the kids & injuries from anyone who may be concerned. there were also so many kids that ended up being reported missing and detectives have no clue when the child 'mysteriously' vanished other than what the abusive (most likely murderous) parents say. there were little boys in California that were reported missing in December when no one aside from the parents had seen the kids since September. there was a little special needs girl that was reported missing and she hadn't been seen for TWO YEARS previous because everyone was locked in their houses and there were no teachers that could alert the authorities because she missed a couple weeks of school with no explanation. there are so many cases just like that around the world that people don't know about and aren't outraged about. Fauci and the other people in charge are directly responsible for the deaths of these children and NO ONE will be held accountable for it. makes me sick.
I sat with my dad til 11pm. Got the call at 3am that he had died. I drove over and sat with him waiting for coroner .....most surreal experience the moment his hand stopped feeling warm and like a "whoosh" his entire body suddenly looked like a wax figure. Not beautiful. Very sobering as you realize some day that will be "you/me"
that doesn't make you a rebel Sage, it makes you a protestant...my wife was raised same way and did catholic school and when she had just graduated college I asked her why she didn't like praying to saints or confessing to the priests and she said "I pray only to Jesus" -- that was when I knew she was the woman made for me... catholicism = institutionalism; protestantism = individual rights that come with direct responsibilities before God, not man... america was founded on christianity as a direct contrast to papal church-state ecumenicalism -- we are to be free of state bishops legislating institutional mandates based on traditions of other men rather than the individual responsibility to one's conscience before God by way of our High Priest, Jesus the Lamb who takes away our sins and sets us free
There's nothing wrong with not being in one of the two major US political parties but let's not pretend that there's equal criticism to be thrown to both. My biggest annoyance I hear is the "both sides" this or that statements. Right now, in this era, it's the left, the Democrats who own FAR more of the criticism for why we are where we are. 90% of people's complaints are about issues the left are pushing. In the 2000's, the Bush Republicans desrerved the criticism. It's a pendulum thing over time, not an in the moment 50/50 one.
No its for sure both sides!!!! Both sides are bad, there is no exception and if you honestly think its only Democrats then you are mistaken! As an Republican myself, I have seen the blame game from both sides
I'm also agnostic. I wish I believed like my parents do, but the religion just doesn't make sense. I'm going to hell if I have sex before marriage, but I can kill somebody and ask for forgiveness...and then get into heaven?!
Ooooh....just got to the point where she asks Kat if she wants kids and she says some day soon. I think she already knew he was pregannt at this point.

one horrible consequence of the lockdowns that not enough people are talking about that EVERYONE should be furious about is the amount of children that were murdered by abusive and neglectful parents. a lot of abused children get help because teachers, doctors & daycare/childcare workers are mandatory reporters so what happens when those people no longer lay eyes on at-risk children? lots of kids were starved to death too. some kids are also saved because family members & neighbours speak up after seeing bruising, extreme weightloss, etc. but now parents have an excuse to hide the kids & injuries from anyone who may be concerned. there were also so many kids that ended up being reported missing and detectives have no clue when the child 'mysteriously' vanished other than what the abusive (most likely murderous) parents say. there were little boys in California that were reported missing in December when no one aside from the parents had seen the kids since September. there was a little special needs girl that was reported missing and she hadn't been seen for TWO YEARS previous because everyone was locked in their houses and there were no teachers that could alert the authorities because she missed a couple weeks of school with no explanation. there are so many cases just like that around the world that people don't know about and aren't outraged about. Fauci and the other people in charge are directly responsible for the deaths of these children and NO ONE will be held accountable for it. makes me sick.
I enjoy listening to you as well as Kat. I didn’t enjoy the Obama commercial that came up asking us to donate to his friend Kamala.
Very sobering as you realize some day that will be "you/me"
#neverforget
Kat digs the Misfits. Sweet.
No she doesn't lol she's a poser
Looks like this was filmed before Kat revealed her pregnancy on Instagram.
Any suggestions?
that doesn't make you a rebel Sage, it makes you a protestant...my wife was raised same way and did catholic school and when she had just graduated college I asked her why she didn't like praying to saints or confessing to the priests and she said "I pray only to Jesus" -- that was when I knew she was the woman made for me...
catholicism = institutionalism; protestantism = individual rights that come with direct responsibilities before God, not man... america was founded on christianity as a direct contrast to papal church-state ecumenicalism -- we are to be free of state bishops legislating institutional mandates based on traditions of other men rather than the individual responsibility to one's conscience before God by way of our High Priest, Jesus the Lamb who takes away our sins and sets us free
COVID was a trial run to see how compliant we would be.
When was this taped, because she found out she was pregnant several weeks ago.
I'm also agnostic. I wish I believed like my parents do, but the religion just doesn't make sense. I'm going to hell if I have sex before marriage, but I can kill somebody and ask for forgiveness...and then get into heaven?!
omg sage is such a girlfriend! so relateable
Sage, you need to find a solid protestant church. No required confession, except between you and God.
The key was her mother died and 6 months later got an offer from Fox.
Ooooh....just got to the point where she asks Kat if she wants kids and she says some day soon. I think she already knew he was pregannt at this point.
She’s better be that clock is almost run out !
Kat has never voted Republican or Democrat-how can I respect that. She goes on Gutfeld and gives advice-nope! I am glad she has gotten healthy though.
You were virtuous if you complied with the scam!
Hey..it's gypsy Joe USA..the rap story writer..hi Greg gutfeld..and the others at FOX
Was better blonde!
Why would anybody be mad at cat for anything
Kat is such a cutie.
Catholics have you confess to a priest. Protestants don't use an intermediary to ask forgiveness and go straight to God.
❤🤍💙
Did you give up on the socks???
Doesn’t look like her studio.
