Agreed. Sage is such an amazing woman. Megyn as well. These two women live and stand by their morals and don’t compromise their character anyone. I hope she was able to sue Disney for an insane amount of money.
Her dad was West Point, and a career US Army officer. That means she was raised with an emphasis on integrity, honesty, and courage. It obviously reflected in this young lady. God Bless her!!!! THank you both!!!

This was so inspirational and Educational as Well for Living in Our Upside Down Crazy Society of Stupidity, Cowardice, Ignorance and Absolute Lostness. You Guy's were Great! I love the Exchange, Bareness of Soul and Reality, and The Rawness of The pain Experienced for doing the Right Thing, Above all Saying the Right Thing though it Caused you Lost of Friends, Misunderstandings of Colleagues from this You Care for and Thought were in your Corner only to find out They were Devil's in disguise! I had hope to listen to this in two Sittings But after you All Began I could Not Get away until I had heard the Final Words! This was absolutely amazing, sometimes very sad, yet joyful and insightful seeing how you Both handle such difficult and challenging circumstances - which speaks Volumes to those of us having to deal with such Ugly and dismal situations on our Job's and in our career's Today 2023. Listened to this podcast while on a morning walk. I found myself laughing, crying, fist clenching, and finally so happy that there are people like Sage Steele on this earth. Hopefully, she hooks up with Riley Gaines, Michele Tafoya, and other powerful well spoken women on inspiring publically speaking tours. Thank you for this great interview. She is a winner.

You WILL land on your feet, and you will not regret this. 7 years ago, I left a six-figure job, cashed in my retirement account, paid the taxes and stepped into fear and uncertainty. It hasn't been easy, but I wouldn't change my decision for anything.

I know Sage. She is one of the kindest, most genuine people I have ever known. She is grounded in reality, never acts like she's better than anyone else, and is a fantastic mother. I'm thankful to have had a brief interaction with her over the course of a few months and came away loving who she was. She will come out on top because she does the right things for the right reasons.

The fact that ESPN made her life a living hell for stating an opinion shared by millions is exactly why I don't watch ESPN. A bunch of cowards who can't handle an opposing opinion. The settlement was for 500K which is just a nuisance fee to ESPN.

As a mom of 3 boys who played sports I have never really been a sports fan, nor have I ever heard of Sage Steele. But I can tell you I am now a huge Sage fan! I never expected someone so real! A decade ago I dropped out of law school, because I just could not afford to keep going. It broke my heart. My goal was to work as an agent. One month later, I was blackballed by professional sports after I called out an MLB team for some really shady business practices in a way that went internationally viral… the media exclusively referred to me as a “law school dropout” as a way to discredit me.
All that said, I’m so proud of Sage Steele. What I experienced was intense and awful, but fortunately brief. What she endured… she’s a powerhouse. Seeing her parents and the family she came from, I see why. Thank you for this interview!!!

She is very intelligent and has a law degree . What I don't understand is why the big deal about Hunter Biden and prosecuting him ignoring the fact that as long as Joe is President he has the power to pardon Hunter of all federal crimes even for murder 😮😮

This interview with Sage Steele is excellent and so informative. I enjoyed learning about her early life, her breaking into the sports-casting business, and about how elegantly she handled herself with respect to those that didn't like how she stated her opinion. Excellently interviewed by Megyn Kelly. This is one of my all time favorite interviews. If you haven't, watch it. I hope that not only young girls learn and model Ms. Steele, but also that men in any business who don't give much thought to women's experiences in the working world listen to both Sage and Megyn and digest women's points of view. I just want to say that my heart broke when Ms. Sage recalled sitting at the market pharmacy wondering why she was being forced to do something to her body that she was not okay with. I was never COVID vaccinated, but unlike her, being an independent contractor, it was up to me. I feel so much for that kind of experience that she described, of people who weren't okay with something being corralled and funneled like cattle by their corporate owned jobs into vaccination stations to please a movement created by politicians and pharma companies. And her describing of her experience as a bi-racial woman is just straight out eloquent.
My heart breaks for Sage and what the “tolerant”, intersectional left put her through.

I cried right along with you all. I am single, in my 50’s and a Registered Nurse. I was also forced to take the vaccine or lose my job after being a nurse for 30 years so completely understand where Sage is coming from. She still has many chapters to write in her life. What a great show!

Megyn Kelly and Sage Steele this was an emotional, empowering, kind, confident, witty, lovely, and compassionate dialogue! I too, was devoted and loved my 12-year career at a top-ten golf club in the country (MGC). My daily mental abuser was the female GM. If I had resided in CT vs. PA I would have had a voice. I wished at the time that I could have hired Gloria Allred to protect me and give me a voice not to mention give me more confidence and strength moving forward. Sage, you're such a delight! I will pray for you and your Father's health. Megyn, I'm so happy that you have created such a successful platform!

I’m black and gay and grew up in the west side of Chicago! This interview has changed my perspectives in so my ways! I will never forget this interview. I’m pretty progressive when it comes to the economy! But I will embrace and be at piece with my conservative views going forward. Sage Steele and Megyn Kelly both gave me strength! I just saw an interview with Sage Steele on NewsNation. This girl possesses a strong dose of what this nation desperately needs. She's very bright and has genuinely insightful common sense. And she knows how to articulate her views so you understand exactly where she's coming from. I'd love to see a news org like NewsNation give her a regular platform to talk about and subject she finds important.
The harder right. What a simple yet profound mantra. You both are so damn inspiring. Life has a funny way of unfolding as it is meant to if you fight for that harder right. And I have zero doubt Sage will land on her feet in a big way, as Megyn has.
I did not know Sage Steele previously, because I checked out of anything ESPN long ago, but I am a big fan now that I know something about her and her family. This interview was joyful, painful, troublesome and enraging.
I wish ALL young girls could watch this interview. Sage was a favorite of mine when I used to watch ESPN. She is even more amazing and even more beautiful being true to herself. What courage. Wish there were more like her.

I had never heard of Sage Steele. Almost didn't watch. Initially just listening. She changed my view of the outcry against mandates, how it was so personal. I especially respected her explanation for identifying as biracial. (I avoid answering my race, except when donating blood. Otherwise, it shouldn't matter.) Respect for her mother. Hearing about her colleagues' comments, I thought "how could they?" to the woman I'm seeing. I've been through that, but sometimes understandably. BTW, I love her hair.

My daughters ask how the should address themselves on forms, since they can only check one box, they check "other" which is true for them all.

Megyn Kelly, I love you and everything you do. I listen to your show regularly but this one really got to me. Oh my gosh, the emotion that your conversation with Sage brought forth was something else. I was completely and utterly touched by the entire show. It was beautiful and powerful and I pray that many listen and open their eyes to the truth. I know Sage will go on to do great things. I can feel it just listening to her speak. I raised two kids as a single mother in Silicon Valley and I so resonate the discussion of women in business, challenges of being the sole provider, and the guilt and judgement that comes with it. And now being remarried balancing my own career with my husband's and our roles in the home. So blessed to listen to these two strong women being honest and vulnerable!! THANK YOU!! One of the best interviews I have seen you do. I watched the entire 2+ hours. Her discussion of being biracial was eye opening. It was stunning to gain understanding of being forced to fit a narrative that opposed her personal values. She experienced this on an international arena whereas thousands and thousands and thousand of women experience this unnoticed. I stand with the unnoticed.

It was so powerful to see two women of my generation, Gen-X, relate to each other so much that it brought tears to Sage's eyes, Megyn's eyes, and my eyes. Such a beautiful thing in an insane world. Thank you both.
I have a biracial daughter and am Italian. My dad did not speak to me for about 8-9 months after she was born. And I thought that was a long time. They became so close until he died. I had never heard of Sage until this interview and admire her strength and intelligence. But her personality is going to keep her going strong. My husband and I did not stay together so I also admire her parents for staying together.
I’m curious, does your daughter consider herself Black or White? What does society view her as? I have a 4 year old grandson who is tri-racial. AA, Hispanic and Caucasian. I know how people view him.
My wife is black. We have one son. We are so thankful that both of our families except us and love us.

Sage Steele is an incredible woman. I tuned in late but loved her and I don’t think ESPN deserved her. I surely hope she will have her own podcast and all the good that awaits her and her family. I loved that she spoke of her faith and you recited the St. Michael prayer. We too say it every Sunday at the end of Mass. You go girls!

At the end of the show, how pleased I was to hear Sage say to Megyn, and then Megyn to Sage: "I love you." I just wanted to hop through that screen and hug you young ladies and say, "I love you girls, too!" Keep on shining! Keep on doing RIGHT! Keep on speaking the truth! Yes, "speaking the truth in Love" to the honor of the only one Who suffered in every way yet without sin, for the PURPOSE of fully identifying with and caring for us, AND paying our sin debt to reconcile to the FATHER all who believe in His Name. Megyn and Sage, to some degree you each realize that just as you have committed yourselves to His highest purposes for which He created, graced and gifted you, You have welcomed Him to take up residence on the thrones of your lives and HE ***IS*** ALIVE and beautifully at work within and through you. " I could sense the Precious Holy Spirit was at work in a recognizable way and that the words spoken by faith, ( and received with faith ) stirred and reinforced something in the heavenlies for your good, and also to the Glory of God as He works His gracious goodness through it... to put it succinctly, I believe the Holy Spirit was inspiring you, Megyn, to prophecy encouragement, faith, and truth. And before your words even came out of your mouth, my spirit was resounding with what HE was doing. It was Him encouraging through a compassionate sister within the Kingdom of God's Grace another sis of His Kingdom who has suffered bruises and exhaustion from the enemy's ceaseless efforts to extinguish the LIGHT and Life of God at work in you, Sage, and speaking LIFE and HOPE and VICTORY by the Spirit of God Who so loves you both!!! So be it, Lord Jesus!!! For, we are but fellow servants of the Lord "who have the testimony of Jesus." and as we edify each other in Him we are fragrant reminders to each other, even as He works through us: "Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”(Rev.19:10). Speaking truth and life and grace is of HIM, and you girls are full of His Light, and Love, and Truth, and Grace and He's polishing, perfecting and using you ALL THE MORE in this world. Without you both, I no longer to watch either networks. Your story really moves me to tears ! As a white kid growing up in Chicagos Hyde park integrated neighborhood ! I always felt on the outside of both races tho white. When I chastised white friends for comments I was told I wanted to be black ! But when I differed with black friends, I’m now called a racist ! …..so I must be doing something right ! Lol. You both are heroes too me. I loved this show. I never watched ESPN and I don't watch sports anymore. I wish I could had served under Sage's father but I was in Tanks, the best job I ever had. Thank you Sage Steele for standing up. My children are biracial and still have people say stuff to them. They are blessed to have a Hispanic plus German heritage. Tired of people telling them how they should think because they are brown because they were raised with both of their families that love them.
Sage's shot story is heart wrenching.....I felt her pain. I went through it too working at a hospital(not patient care) but I did not take the shot, I just couldn't, and I too trusted God. I did get let go, I put in a religious exemption and was denied. I packed up my desk and wondered who's going to hire a 59-year-old with bad knees as I drove home. But I was trusting God. Luckily I had built up 8 weeks of PTO I thought but it turns out I didn't need them because I live in Florida and our awesome governor passed a bill and a week later the hospital called me back. God is so good.
We are seeing so many more strokes at the hospital over the last couple years, It's pure diabolical what this administration has done.

I agree with Megyn Kelly. Sage Steele can go out on her own and be successful. After what she went through with ESPN, she should never consider working for another large organization again. She has inner strength and outer beauty. She can be the star in her own universe.

Actually, ESPN wanted her to settle at $500,000.00...BUT, she said NO, & Sage got well over a million dollars, but I don't know the amount obviously. Yes, I was praying for her to really go after them, and I knew she would be strong!! She's a strong Christian ✝️ Conservative Patriot, and I have always loved how she carries herself, both professionally & personally. North of 10m wouldn’t surprise me. I would imagine she was 500k a year minimum so 10 years lost wages would be a min of 10m.
