Sorry, bad manners to have dog standing on a seat I might want to sit on in my clean clothes.

This seat is outside at a middle school. Kids dump food on it and spit on it, mud gets splashed on it in the rain. It’s made of concrete and intended to be used. This is not a piece of furniture that I would not allow my dog on.
