      Hi JELA, Thank you very much for taking the time to leave this comment, feedback and question it's really appreciated :) Also nice to hear you love this one, No you don't have to put clear coat on all the time it's really up to what kind of finish you want on the painting (I like a gloss finish on mine) And for the circular stencils i draw around something that is round and then hand cut them out hope these answers were helpful :)

    Love the video!! Do you think it would be possible to do a planet completely in front of another plant, sort of like an eclipse effect but be able to see the larger planet behind the smaller one in front?
    I’m thinking maybe there would need to be a hole in the first paper cover you put over the planet, but I’m not exactly sure.

      @JonBarberArt  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Dillon, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this comment, Feedback and question i really appreciate it :) Yes it's possible to do a planet completely in front of planet, i did one in this video th-cam.com/video/cB3wkGfYczs/w-d-xo.html
      Yes you could do it that way or you could do the one in front 1st then the bigger one after depends what lids you are using, hope this helps :)

    I notice you put a ton of paint on the inside of the planet. Does that have a benefit? I can think of a few but just curious why you always put like 4 layers on? I assume the elevated surface prevents the background paint from leaching into the planet when spraying around the perimeter.
