  • These are clips from a larger teaching I did in regard to such texts as Ezekiel 17 and Rev 18:4 which relate to the end time nation of Babylon and the jews relationship to this nation.

In addition, please note that I'm not interested in having a youtube channel in hopes of making money as I don't believe it's appropriate to try and get money from people from teaching the Bible. I'm simply looking for other christians to reach and connect with and experience some kind of positive, constructive interaction with.
If there is a topic/scripture you would like me to address in a future video, please contact me and let me know and I will consider it. Also, feel free to send me any prayer requests and I will pray for you.

Hi Jaguer, what is your view on the revelation 12 sign which occurred on September 23rd 2017 ?

    • @JaguerRhye
      @JaguerRhye  6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Cannon Ball,
Assuming the sign really did occur on 9/23, I do believe it may be foreshadowing the coming pre tribulation rapture of the bride of Christ which precedes the persecution of Israel etc. I talk about why I believe the man-child, which is caught up to God, represents the body of Christ in this video:

Do you believe Babylon in Revelation could be modern day Israel? Considering some Christians, myself included, believe that the tribulation is the time God will go back to dealing with Israel. As you stated in video also, people will physically flee into the wilderness from there. Secondly, I heard a theory that this red heifer discovered recently could be the whore of Babylon.
    Revelation 17:16 says
“And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.”
I’m not totally sure how I feel about this but I feel your input would be interesting!

Hi Diana, thanks for commenting. I realize there are quite a few parallels between Israel/Jerusalem and Babylon, but I don’t believe they are the same entity. I can explain in more detail later on when I get back from work as it will be easier to type (I’m using my iPhone now). But you can watch the teaching I did about the Jews and Babylon by clicking the link in the description area. There is also a link at the end of this video. Basically, I believe the USA is Babylon and the call to flee Babylon largely refers to the Jews. The larger teaching I did goes into more detail.

I’ve heard of the red heifer but don’t believe that is the whore of Babylon.

      Ok, sounds good.
Here are some reasons Jerusalem is likely not Babylon.
In regard to prophetic Babylon we read:
Jer 50:12 "Your mother shall be sore confounded; she that bare you shall be ashamed: behold, the hindermost of the nations shall be a wilderness, a dry land, and a desert."
      1. Note that Babylon has a mother who is confounded when Babylon is destroyed. The fact that end time Babylon seems to have a mother nation when it is destroyed would tend to limit what nation she could be. The USA would fit this easily as Britain is her mother in one sense and also a strong ally. Certainly, Britain would be sorely confounded upon America's demise. What is the mother nation of Jerusalem?
      2. End time babylon is referred to as the "Hindermost" which can refer to the last, or latter time. Some believe this refers to the fact that end time Babylon will be a relatively young nation that comes into existence long after most of the nations on the earth. Again, America fits this description, but Jerusalem does not.
Consider that end time Babylon is distinguished from Zion/Jerusalem in such texts as Jer 51:35 where we read of the inhabitants of Zion/Jerusalem crying out for vengeance against Babylon/inhabitants of Chaldea for what she had done to them:
Jer 51:35 The violence done to me and to my flesh be upon Babylon, shall the inhabitant of Zion say; and my blood upon the inhabitants of Chaldea, shall Jerusalem say.
This helps demonstrate that end time Babylon is not Jerusalem. Yes, there are many wicked who dwell in Jerusalem, and that city will be severely punished, but there will be a remnant who will not be killed and will look to Christ and be saved. It is they who are likely crying out for vengeance against Babylon who I believe is the USA.
Note also how Babylon is said to have caused the slain of Israel to fall:
Jer 51:49 As Babylon hath caused the slain of Israel to fall, so at Babylon shall fall the slain of all the earth.
Consider Jer 51:50 Ye that have escaped the sword, go away, stand not still: remember the LORD afar off, and let Jerusalem come into your mind.
The jews who have escaped Babylon are told to let Jerusalem come into their mind. This suggests Babylon and Jerusalem are different entities. It appears that those jews who have escaped Babylon are to think upon their home, Jerusalem. This is further supported by Jer 50:5 which is in the context of Babylon being destroyed and jews being told to flee Babylon. Where will these jews flee to? It seems they will seek to flee to Zion/Jerusalem:
"They shall ask the way to Zion with their faces thitherward, saying, Come, and let us join ourselves to the LORD in a perpetual covenant that shall not be forgotten."
If jews are fleeing from Babylon to Jerusalem, it wouldn't make much sense to assert Babylon and Jerusalem are the same locations.
Please feel free to object to anything I say. I realize this issue can be pretty complicated and confusing etc.

JaguerRhye Thank you very much for the thoughtful and thorough answer!
I definitely see where you’re coming from and I can see why you’d at least believe Babylon isn’t Israel. However, I still have a kinda difficult time believing it’s America. It seems like now, more than ever, the US is Israel’s biggest supporter. Militarily, financially, and politically. With the red heifer being born, I kind of feel that there wouldn’t really be enough time left for some sort of extreme change big enough for the US to turn it’s back on Israel. It doesn’t seem to be possible. Though, that might be my own eagerness for the rapture to happen sooner than maybe it’s meant to happen. With that said, you’re right about there not being a whole lot of countries that would fit the description of Babylon.
Is it your personal opinion that the rapture wouldn’t be any time soon? I believe I did see a video where you talked about this 6000 year theory but I’m not entirely sure I understood what that meant. Do you believe the rapture will not happen until the Jewish year 6000? Sorry if this is a silly question, but it’s the first I’ve ever heard of this theory. I do find it fascinating though!

-and have you *literally* fled the USA?
What advice or counsel would you give to the hundreds if not thousands of Jesus-loving, God-fearing Christians who for whatever reason (physical disabilities, financial ruin, or tethered to caring for elderly parents or infant children or unbelieving spouses) are not able to leave the USA?......
May our most merciful Heavenly Father have mercy upon our souls

      Hi The Jesus Freak,
No, I haven't fled the USA as I don't believe the command applies to believers in the USA at this time. I believe it mainly seems to apply to the people of Israel during the tribulation period.
