Congratulations! Love your videos and always terrific when your husband participates. Happy for you guys.
Please do some more on Valencia specifically as we are hoping to get the NLV process started in 2025. Would love to see you do a whole video on the Mercat Central as well as other food videos. Keep up the great work!

Hi Mari, brilliant video as always, thank you!
Does the approval of the DNV grant you the right to live in Spain until you get the TIE? If so, how many days does it allow, because, as I understand, it can take a while to obtain the TIE?
I am a non-EU citizen so I’ll have a limited term Schengen visa to apply for the DNV. I’m worried it may expire before I can obtain the TIE.

Hi Mohit! Yes, the approval of the DNV grants you the right to live in Spain while you apply for and wait to receive your TIE. If you’ll be applying in Spain make sure you have all the documents collected so that you can apply as soon as you arrive. It’s important to apply for DNV before your Schengen days are finished. But once you applied for DNV don’t worry about overstaying your Schengen days as you’ll be protected under Spanish immigration law so you can just wait for your visa resolution. Once your DNV is approved technically you have 30 days to apply for TIE, but it might take you longer (we had to wait for our TIE appointment 1.5 months) so just figure out the apartment as soon as possible and apply for TIE appointment (I left the website in the description). Hope that helped!

when i hear you talk about poland... i don't know if you are a polish citizen? if so. being a citizen of the european union you do not need a visa to live in spain. the eu registration certificate is the legal document that any citizen of the european union who wishes to live and work in spain for more than 3 months has to request to be legal in the country. obtaining this document is really simple, and can be done in just 24 hours. and your partner as the spouse of a european citizen.

👍👍👍👍👍👍👍Congratulations family on obtaining the stay visa, but you already know that Poland, being in the European Union, you has the right to stay and reside in Spain, as you are a Polish national, and your husband also because he is your husband, so welcome, In Spain the minimum wage is 1200 euros in 14 payments, that is, in the month of July and December you get double, and one month of 30 days of paid vacation per year, so do not accept anything for below that amount, From Málaga family I hope you have a nice time in Spain,, Greetings!!
