theGaminGcluB 956 me
theGaminGcluB 956 everyday. Every morning before work to pump me up
Big L shits on any rapper around today, no one can fuck with his style
Me
Jjabox1ng21 haha same :)
I really wish more people understood if this man was here today he'd be known as the greatest rapper ever. Peace.
+StayEarthly true brah
StayEarthly word
StayEarthly exactly
he was the goat a true skilled lyricist nothing but flames in his raps
He is* the greatest rapper
I love how he shout out to DMX on this because DMX changes the game and brought the streets back.
It's sad how Big L died. This guy had insane potential
ThePeoplesChamp murdered.
Exactly. Eazy, Pac, and Biggie die. Now it's up to him to bring out good material, then he gets murdered.
Hip-Hop was for sure fucked after that.
Word, dude was murdered over his brother's problems. That some real messed up stuff. He had the potential to keep the 90's feel going in the 2000's,.
@@kausion_4117 you forgot big pun.
Jesus S dude had diabetes died of a heart attack respect to him tho
''My mobs deep, it brings the havoc like prodigy''
The fact he mentioned Mobb Deep let's you know who he held in high regard musically even from the start. Love how he gave NORE love too as well as McGruff, Party Arty, Jay-z & Lord Finesse for being on his album.
I can't imagine how different hip hop would be if the likes of Big L Big Pun, Big & Pac.. Rip but with Big L, he had the whole package.
And DMX bro ..
Yo yo big L m.. F... Rip
No disrespect i'm only 19 and its my first time listening to this all i can say its these guys are just from another planet compare to the shit rap they give us today...
Andres Corduneanu Listen to street struck and danger zone
Definitely put it on and doo wop
Now or never
Welcome aboard, young grasshopper
Spread the music!
if u pay attention to this mans voice and the beat..before he starts rapping, and hes just talking over the beat..hes flowing..not even intentionally..its just natural..deadass...look.
One of the best freestyles ive ever heard tbh. The man was a BEAST
DuckGoddies mans had RHYTHMIC intelligence, humorous and charismatic CADENCE and very technical multi rhyming SKILLS. The most talented rapper I ever heard all eras hands down .
@@ProfessorCDO Yeah No Doubt, Big L Was Crazy With It.
You just described all Rap Music lol to Rap to someone is to talk to them Lmfao
He actually was so on beat
R.I.P Harlems Finest, and the best lyricist to speak on the mic Big L
This guy is humble with ultimate first rate high level confidence but humble. He gave props to Cam and DMX for setting him up for success. They brought back the real raw hip hop
Yo when L starts to spit, Look at how he gets into his zone! He transforms into the illest rapper to ever touch the mic! He spits fire like a Dragon
4 real when Big L get on a mic he rip that shit like a cheerleader who get passed around tha football team💯
That’s why he’s my goat, made a point of trying to destroy every track he was on. Truly the greatest of all time for me, nobody can tell me otherwise… there isn’t one song where he is outshined or spits a sub par verse, he was and is the definition of a true lyricist, no one compares to him for me, some are similar in ways but none are ever as gifted as he was. Rip L, I’ll see you soon
RIP Big L & Party Arty
Party arty is dead?!
Yeah he died a few years ago :(
Fuck i never knew that! Rip, he was the man
And murder mase and gangstarr
+Patrick Star you mean GURU.
The beat on the background during the interview, is SICK
do you know what it is?
Tom Little big L - dignified soldiers (ft. DITC)
What bout the piano beat?
vasco pascoal thats the piano beat
@@alltimeklazzikz unfortunately not...I‘d like to know too
All the diehard Big L fans please have faith in me I will never stop continuing on the lyrical path he paved for us. I’ve probably watched this 1000 times n it always feels fresh n always reinforces the vision we share. He had monumental plans far beyond the common consensus. A culture where multi-syllabic lyrics that would still sound good acapella. One love to uncle Mont you live forever🧡
Fr
Rip big L
REAL LIFE SHITTTTTTT 🤞🏾💯🙏🏽💪🏾🔥🔥🔥🔥
The beat D-Flow freestyles over is from Themes, Dreams & Schemes, for everyone that searchin it too. When L starts flowing it seems like his eyes become a wall from where a inner voice reads the lyrics down, like he was possessed
When the host said: "It's about time for y'all to rhyme", D Flow scanned the room real quick, and took the initiative with no fear, when you work on your skill focus steps in place, and any fear that was present, leaves the premises. Edited to say that the first flow was the most flawless flow of all, in this session, and it's a metaphor for life, how D Flow was caught off guard, but his skill was so on point that he was able to smash through his verse easy (when skill meets opportunity you gotta be the first to step up).
Luck is preparation meeting opportunity
What's the hosts name anyone
Well said
Damn them are bars! RIP Big L!
when that last beat kicks u know L about to kill it
Unmatched, you can tell other people in that room just listened in awe
A.G. Really picked it back up and continued to rap, and Big L killed it on the last parts
R.I.P BIG L - R.I.P PARTY ARTY
Party arty went so hard in this one
Party Arty "I said Mooky ur bars is wack and ur lingo but I ain't PUFF I don't dance to jingles, I pop ya top like a can of Pringles."
When I was in Rikers, you was in DIAPERS
Big L never dies ! KEEPING HIS NAME ALIVE FOREVER ! The Harlem King the Danger Zone
Best ever, no argument, no debate, no fucking discussion.
Ls death is the greatest tragedy in Hip Hop history.
It was actually Bigs death… RIP to young blood tho
Ong
Party Arty be sounding like method man
Sir More like Lil Cease tho
I said the samething
nup
Sir and looking like Tyron Woodley!
He's saying 1992 was a long time ago. Then 20 years later....
Luke Newby 25 years
Before the internet a few years could seem like a long time. Now 5 - 10 years seems like yesterday.
It was a long time ago
rip big l 22 years already
Shit 1992 rap was way different long ass time ago.
True Hip Hop fans & fellow Harlemnites forever Love & Miss Big L, especially if you grew up in the era & were blessed to have met him in person on 139th as I was. His ability to write & recite versatile lyrics that depicted all that Harlem & NYC had to offer was incomparable.
Just observed, Big L didn't even blink once........Like he was in a trance while freestyling
Big L was definitely on his way to top of rap game it's shame he didn't reach his potential in hip hop .I would to see him do more albums and work with emcees DJ and female artists
Big L big Legend
BIG L, the most underrated LEGEND to have ever live. As fire as any EMCEE considered a Golden ERA Lyricist.
Papoose > Big L
@@mr.bigpayday2765 lol
@@wistiti93420 big L never came out with a song like alphabetical slaughter and law library stop trolling

A.G. got it in... RIP Big L! Rappin on a Rass Kass beat.. Waterproof MC!! RIP Party Arty!!
#Proper
The AG part was sick, looks like such a chill dude.
L would set the mic on fire on the first beat.
Hip Hop Demon yeah thats why AG said "you gotta be more consistent with the beat" they all spit on one beat then they set L up with a more nasty beat. that wasnt fair to the group
@@ASSman864 I didn't catch what he said at first 😂😂😂😂
Ehm, he did, cause it's the instrumental of one of his tracks, it's called Dignified Soldiers and personally it's my favorite Big L verse right there!
@@NACYKABLYATI’ve been looking for this instrumental for 12 yrs 😅 thanks for the heads up
@@DrDookieDrawls I Gotchu
A piece of L's freestyle was on his and Shyheims song and furious anger. It's really sad to think of all the MC's like L and Pun who passed that would've had such a positive impact on what hip hop is today. RIP to Harlem's finest
They started freestyling, i aint even got to Big L yet but i know he gonna come in and body everyone blasting off. One of the greatest lyricists of all time.
yoo personally Big L was the best to ever do HipHop lyrical wise
+Joe Stulens nahh big l would smack biggie
Big L was fresh and a underground rapper
Joe Stulens big ls wordplay was nasty tho

No Doubt, Most Of Theses New Cats Have Forgot About The Art And The Skills, Only Saying Wack Shit To Please The Ladies, The Rhymes Are Wack, The Flow Is Wack, Everything Is Basic, Nothing Impressive.
he was older them me in the interview. Now I'm 33 older then him thugs fucking sad, I was a child when this interview was done
Big L is the GOAT
Came back to see this again after about a year, brings the feeling. Big L killed it!
Imagine Eminem and Big L on a track together. Especially 2002-2007 Eminem. Rest in Peace Big L. One of the greatest to ever touch a mic, undeniable.
with background music even simple words sounded like FREESTYLE agree
“There’s a meaning to this like in every story” - AG 🔥
PARTY ARTY goes in! These cats bringing the HEAT what
I mean Party Arty & AG are both excellent spitters... But BIG L was PHENOMENAL!!!! ... R.I.P. to L & P80
The beat when Party Arty starts is Extra Extra by Paula Perry!
R.I.P Big L Your always a legend
it seems like DMX and Big L were an era apart, but yeah, DMX got in the game in '99 it seems so long ago, damn time flies.
Joel Henderson *98
Joel Henderson He had been in the game since 92'. He released his first album in 98' though. Check out his track 'Born Loser' from 92'.
it was "98"-"05" for dmx & "92"-"99" for big L
Rafeek Oliver As far as commercial success goes, it was 98 but he had been in the game many years before.
Century SAM and Big L and DMX were both signed to Columbia at one point
Just look how focused he is while freestyling
He was reading off a paper it semed
Yah his peers werent nowhere near on the same level 🔥 🎶 seen this a thousand times still never gets old😅

Holy fuck he was good, so was his friends
1st of all.
R.I.P. BIG L Corleone
L was ahead of his time. 🔥🔥🔥
28/3-2021 and I come back watching this again. Can kinda get a glimpse of that dope personality. Humble, business minded, clear goals. A young gifted man at his peek that went platinum with his second studio album right after his untimely and tragic passing. Unfortunately this was his last album. R.I.P. to Big-L the Harlem finest. 139 lenox representative to world wide fame. His name is still honored and his music still very much alive. And that's exactly what great music is supposed to be. Timeless
WHY THE FUCK DID HE NEED TO DIE???? WHY?!!?!?
Tim Cheung im not suffering wtf
FKS jealousy envy n greed.. 2 much of this shit ion need
he was too great. God Fear he would be far too great or become of..
