First Aid Kit did the best cover of this song ever, possibly, but personally I'd say that this is not that best ever cover. There are plenty of performances of it to choose from.
I saw First Aid Kit live when they did this. Dave was over-the-top about them doing the song. That song means a lot to Dave and it's too bad that was cut out.
Slightly different vocalization at the beginning by FAK compared to their live performance at the Polar Music Prize; I think I prefer that one slightly, but this one is good too! Amazing that they can equal S&G's harmonies.
Is your channel disappearing? Will the regular channel reappear or are you shutting it down? I tried to access the Leno stuff, the comps, today and the video is "private.". What gives? Are you being forced to take all the content down?

mackdaddyg321 I received two copyright strikes from Carson Entertainment after it took down the 9-Part David and Johnny Collection and other Tonight Show uploads. Because the Impressions Collection included two Carson clips, I deleted it (and all other Tonight Show/Carson videos) to avoid a third and fatal strike. (Three strikes and I lose the channel.) The two strikes expire in three months, so I need to be super-careful not to incur a third between now and then. So I’ve recut the Impressions Collection without the Carson clips and will upload it soon.

What kind of money are the Carson people losing with your channel? None! I'm just grateful I got to watch those before you were forced to take them down. Thanks again for your hard work. mackdaddyg321 Not only are they not losing any $$, they could instead be making it by monetizing the videos. That’s something I’ve chosen not to do with any upload. The content isn’t mine; I shouldn’t be capitalizing on it. But the copyright owners can and frequently do.
Music on letterman was the best thing on tv. They had a great music producer.
