    Correct! :) And by exercising with resistance based moves, while working at a cardio pace.. your metabolism will be boosted which increases your fat burning! All the while taking in a balanced and complete nutrition program, your body will create the long lean muscle you are looking for! :)

    I wanna thank you guys so much, I was at a point in my weight loss journey that I was struggling to lose the last 7 lbs to get to my goal. In a week and a half of doing your work outs, I've lost 2 more lbs and got back on track. Now only 5 more to go, and I'm sure I'll meet my goal soon :)

    to strengthen your wrists for moves like this, perform your TIU Tummy Tuck while grasping dumbbells, the harder you squeeze the dumbbells during this move, the stronger your wrists become! yay, keep up the great work babe

    I love this not only because it's a great work out but also because you actually do 3 sets so you keep going.. In other videos when they say now repeat this video 3 times I usually peter out and skip the the next 2...

    Love your videos! I just wanted to know how to stay motivated and healthy. I work 40 hours a week and by the time I get off work which is usually between 5:30 pm- 6:30 pm I have no energy to go to the gym. What can I do to have the energy to go to the gym? I've been slacking off lately and missing out my gym classes, I need help!

    Maybe try not bending back so far like they mentioned, I find that as long as I let my gaze and head follow my hand back to the ground I feel it in my sides no matter how far I go back. Hope it helps!
