advice to the interviewer. You need to let the person you are interviewing talk. Don't jump in and add your extra " oh really, okay" less agreeing and more silence, let them talk.. Nobody cares.. Let the person finish, make sure they are complete with their statement and then you can tag up with commentary. I can tell you are a little uncomfortable and that's causing to feel like you have to rush through.. Just chill and listen, the key to interviewing isn't talking, it's listening. I'm a 20 years sales guy, telling aint selling. the name of the game is listening. If you are upset I'm being critical and thinking " f this guy, he doesn't know what he's talking about" if that is your response, then you really need to listen..
