    Can it be used with players group also, so when a AI from players group dies he can respawn on players position?

      If you enable respawn in your mission and have ai in your group they will respawn automatically at either the spawn point or where they died - which will be close to the group leader player.
      You can setup a single player MP game like this. ie add playable units to your group and start a local server and play as position 1.

      That shameless self promotion was courtesy of duda's ATS work. It's a massively complex thing to achieve in Arma 3. Even doing this train crash was very tricky!
