same support is not great. They just take your 250 and tell you they are going to fix things when they just dont. the only time i talked with an actual person was when i booked a demo.

Is there a way to discount per items only vs the whole order?
Yes, you can do fixed and percentage-based discounts from the product page in the Oliver Register.
