I have a question I know every case is different but is there a percentage of how likely a employer will want a separation agreement to settle a employment claim
William Medley it’s fairly likely but depends on how much you are asking for. If only a month or two money then yes, most employers will consider that. If it’s more like several months’ money then you would need strong evidence and to put up a good fight.
