The twerk pops at the start are all the more impressive when you see their live performance, and realise she's actually _singing_ while doing that, with negligible instabilities. Not just agility, not just endurance, but such breath control... Like, I'm used to K-pop idols dancing while singing, but not doing actual crunches :P Also, Yuqi. In the performance version, she's in high heels, and still fearlessly doing all the swaggy kicks. The only part that is not sung live is the same as in the choreo practice: Miyeon's rap at 4:47.

One other thing I really appreciate in the part at the beggining is that they are doing 2 different things at once. It's so hard to bounce your abs like that while doing all those hand movements.
