Yea, thats true. I have been following the case since the beinging and Soojin never admitted to bullying anyone, she always deny it. She said that even if she have to to leave the group cuz of it, the truth will come out no matter what. I belive her and i hope the court will take her side. i hope she has some big evidence aganist accusers. she sued them for more serious things than idols usually sues for.

Actually, Soojin didn't admitted to b*lly that person. She admitted that she smoked and was a little rebellious student, but never b*ullied. There were A LOT of inconsistencies in the "proves* that the person give. I loved that cube is supporting her a lot and she said that if she would, by any chance, guilty, leave the group. Seo Soojin deserve respect.

I think it’s *not a coincidence that GIDLE is called the Queens of concepts,* they deliver competence in all areas and the fact that knowing that they were inside every choice and concepts makes everything more jenuino ..
*And to conclude, before creating any rash opinion, let us remember that Soojin's Case is under investigation and the truth will only tell, it has remained firm so there is nothing left for us to do but wait.*
I just want to clarify, soojin do admit she’s smoking for few times by curiosity in middle school, but she never admit to bullying. Her company has filed the lawsuit, So now she’s on hiatus.

I mean there are a lot of people raising their voice about being bullied by her and showing their evidence.

She denied the bull7ing** allegations. What she accepted in her statement was to have tried the cigarette once, in her school days, which she did not like and she never did again. She also said that everything would be cleared up.
In fact, the case is at the police station and EVERYTHING will soon be cleared up.
If smocking and yelling at someone when you're underage is that dramatic in Korea i think many of us would be in prision if we were there.
I admit that it might be wrong to say that she bullied someone since nothing is sure, but it's still quite suspicious.. Many people who went to the same school with her, including a famous actress, witnessed her bullying with details. However, SJ's statement said that she didn't remember that she had done such things and that she didn't think that she herself would have done it in the past, which was too vague for people to trust her words. This vagueness cannot be fully explained in English.. you should be able to understand Korean language and culture to know what impressions her statement give. Therefore most of the Koreans are thinking that her statement was a lie..

Smoking in teen, yes, that is still illegal but I also think that we shouldn't criticize her so much for that since no one gets harm. But bullying is different, since many other people had suffered damage because of it. It is often a cause of teenagers' suicides and is considered a serious crime and a social problem, at least at Korea. It cannot be forgiven by the reasons that she was too young, or that it was only a mistake. No one harrasses others by mistake, and such person must not become popular as an idol or a celebrity.

Thank you for having a mature take on the Soojin situation. I know the Korean general public take it more seriously but you're absolutely correct that no one should be judged for actions when they were young (within reason, maybe), even more so when nothing has been proven. Like others have said as well, she has not admitted to/apologized for buyllying, which is the issue she's dealing with, and has adamantly denied it and has been taking the time to prove her innocence. Others are just quick to jump on her without proof. IF proof comes out I'll condemn it as well, though she was still young and has seemingly, hopefully matured if that's the case. I've attempted to stay neutral, since I do consider myself a Neverland, but Soojin, so far, has been the only party to remain consistent and keep their story straight and concise. While the other party has treated Soojin in the same way she's accused Soojin of acting. It's a mess and people being quick to judge, passing along misinformation, etc is not helping.

I wanted to clarify that Soojin admitted her behaviors like underage smoking, but she never admitted b^llying, she said she didn’t hurt or b^lly anyone. But b^llying is a massive thing in South Korea so she has been getting insane hate recently...So Cube put her in a hiatus. We still don’t know if she b^llied someone or not, but she denied every allegation about it and CUBE took legal action for accusers. I also think some mistakes we made in the past doesn’t define us now

(G)I-DLE was competing against 5 other groups during Queendom, and believe it or not, their performance of Put It Straight during that round of the show got them to..... 4th place. 😐
It got first place but Was combined wit the solo dance performance and the duo vocal performance
also if you want to know a little more about idle's personality i suggest you to watch secret folder, they are sooo funny you are going to love them so much after that

gidle is one of the girl groups that I am very proud of, every comeback they always bring out something new that is beyond my expectations, but I am very sad because one of the members got into trouble, I hope everything will be fine
These performances are epic! And my take on the Soojin situation is: 1. Soojin said she didn't do it and I have no reason not to believe her, 2. Even if she did everything she's been accused of, who cares? It happened over 10 years ago when she was 13. Nobody should be held responsible for dumb stuff they did when they were 13 and they are now an adult. Not to mention the stuff she's being accused of is so incredibly mild when it comes to bullying, that I don't even consider it bullying, it's basically just not getting along with your peers, 3. The accusers have zero evidence of anything. Unless they have video, audio or texts that they kept saved from over 10 years ago of Soojin doing the things they accused her of, then there is literally zero proof. Accusations and witness testimony means absolutely nothing without physical evidence to back it up. I honestly can't believe this is still being investigated and hasn't been dismissed, with Soojin winning her suit against the accusers and being awarded damages.

Just some points with these performances:
LION:
-Soyeon wanted to watch the new Lion King movie, but cannot due to her busy schedule, so she created a song around it.
-Though this was created for a competition, Soyeon used it to tell her opinion about the standards of the industry, mostly on the rap part.
-During their deliberation, Soyeon said that the song says they are Lions while being queens. (Still breaking the prejudice of the Lion "King")
-Shuhua cried a lot after the performance, saying that she didn't do well on stage. Soojin comforted her like a mom, and Soyeon lifted her like a dad. But we all know Shuhua slayed this performance.
-Soyeon kinda did the song to show the the power of their maknae Shuhua.
PUT IT STRAIGHT:
-During their meeting, Soyeon presented to use this song for the competition. Some members, specially Yuqi, said that it's not a good idea since this is a B-Side song, on top that it is a ballad. Saying that they should choose a more popular song that the fans may know and like.
-When Soyeon explained, she said that she will re-compose the song into a halloween version, and the mood will become more of a love obsession. With her explanation, Yuqi voted yes and they went with this.
-(side note) Every before performance or song release, they will have a meeting and deliberate the songs, explain it, and will have a vote. It is critical for them to vote yes for the GO signal. If one member still voted NO after the explanation, they will scratch it and will move on to the next. Just imagine how many songs they created if this was the case.
-Soyeon added that the dance choreo concept is to (then again) break that standard. Mostly, they should always look good, act good, etc. especially during performance. But here, they danced barefooted, messed up their hair, smeared their make-up, and just acted out. "...Even though we are barefooted, we can still dance wearing a dress."
-Though this is so great, they did not win with this. The audience for the show are random, and sadly, the song theme didn't match the audience taste for this round. BUT, they still took that risk, knowing that growth and progress is better than the award.
