- A very short & sweet video to update you guys after my fall last weekend out eventing - if you haven’t watched the vlog already have a little look at it to catch you up!
Since filming this I’ve managed to get an appointment to the sports injury clinic at my local hospital on Tuesday so hopefully I’ll have more of an idea on what I’ve done to my knee then - I’m keeping everything crossed it’s nothing serious! I’d like to be back in the saddle ASAP
For anyone else with an injury at the moment I feel you! And pray for a quick recovery for us all ❤️

Hey you are quite right. An unexpected fall does knock you back when you can’t just get back on and immediately go at the fence again. That is just totally natural. And I can’t think of a more gutsy person to help you with that other than Lucinda.
When you go to her, initially you kind of have to just disengage your thinking brain and tune into her voice and literally do exactly as she says and Bob’s your Uncle you’ll realise you’ve jumped a whole course without realising it.
Chins up now. Lots of Arnica on your leg ok. Stay positive ❤. You have a wonderful big horse waiting for you 😃

Ellie seems like a lovely person. First saw her on Horse and Country TV when she was a toddler. Recently saw her on Elphick Event Ponies jumping Meg's pony Bear.
