Loved the team "pit stop" to look after Jam after the cross country. Especially watching the team chase her with buckets and sponges to rinse her down while she marched out her cool down. Great to see Freddy and Rich getting stuck in there as well as the usual team.

I don't think people realise just what it takes to attend an overnight/multi-day event! It's not just food, and tent to sleep in, there's so much other stuff that needs to be considered too! Very well done to YOU for all of your hard work, I know that Megan depends on you so much to have her back
