Has anyone had problems with this bikes battery. Today is Oct 10, 2023 and as I was out riding with bike battery charged at 72% my bike turned off completely and did not turn back on. My Onebot S 1 barely has 3 miles on it.
Yes, I checked, and they only have aluminum or magnesium frames. They do high-quality products in the budget category. The extra battery can be attached to rear rack to seat post or frame
I have not been able to open the battery/controller case. Waiting for Onebot to respond to my emails asking how to attach rear lights to the controller. It appears to be a sealed assembly.
I was stunned by the quality of the bike when my first one arrived. It was MUCH better than I anticipated. I'm about 6' tall and over 220 pounds. The bike handles this just fine. As a matter of fact the seat adjusts higher than I need to. This is the reason I got it over the Jetson Bolt Pro. I've built a number of ebikes but I needed something smaller for camping, this bike is perfect.

It might be bad battery. Contact onebot support to troubleshoot and they might need to send you new battery

Have you tested the frame with a magnet 🧲 to verify if it is steel or aluminum ? Can a bigger battery fit inside case ?
