Chonshu, Chonrei and Yamazaki are legally playable in Fatal Fury Archives vol 1, which includes Fatal Fury 3
To unlock them, in the character select screen, highlight the following characters, Terry, Hon Fu, Mai, Geese, Bob, Sokaku Mochizuki, Andy, France, Joe Higashi, Blue Mary, in correct order and press the LK button once on each character. You will hear a chime each time.
If done correctly, a “New Challenger” message will appear and Yamazaki, Chonsu and Chonrei will appear and the new character select music will be heard.
If you done it incorrectly, you won’t be able to try the code again. Therefore, you’ll have to reset the game if you wanna do it again.
