Mr. Pramot Singh, I am 43yrs old now as of 6/6/2023. My father (who is now 74 yrs old) was born in Churachandpur and also is a chief in one of the village with 90 houses. The only way to have peace would be to be separated from meteis. The meteis are dangerous and untamed. 1. The Anglo-Kuki (fake)war of 1917-1919 which the Kukis has used as a premise for the demand of separate land.This was not a war but an uprising of sort against the British for which the Kuki leaders wrote apology notes to the British. The rest of India and the world needs to know how Kukis can concoct lies and distort history just to get their way around.
2. How Kukis hold the entire state of Manipur hostage by holding economic blockades. They cause the rest of the state to suffer due to lack of availability and rising prices of commodities.
3. Mr. Pradip Phanjoubam recently penned this: ‘Since 2015, the government has evicted 24 villages, either partially or fully, depending on the state of encroachment, totaling 413 houses. Of these 24 villages, only K. Songjang is Kuki. Most of them are Meitei, Meitei Pangal (Muslim) and Kabui Nagas mostly in the valley area. Others are mix of different communities, including Nepalis.’ On the basis of this information, explain to the media that the Kuki's sense of persecution is unfounded because just one Kuki hamlet was relocated. 23 other settlements that belonged to other communities were also evacuated but there has been neither protests or feelings of persecution nor demand for a separate land from those communities.
4. How Kukis want to establish a slice of India as a safe haven for illegal immigrants from Myanmar.
