For the "Sim Card" Reader, actually in Taiwan, we have "Citizen Ditial Certificate" just like digital ID card, which can do lots for things online, upload tax report(specially on May) , apply government documents, etc, which is really convenient for us(and online banking by bank card). it can read SIM card contacts, but we usually do other things because it can read IC cards.

Taiwan likes having their mascots be anime girls.
I mean they have the posters of what you're not supposed to do in a train station and they have anime girls telling you not to do stuff on those posters.

+Christian Siauwijaya: Fair point, though daily firsthand experience in Hong Kong in similar tech malls in SSP and Wanchai says otherwise. Taiwan may indeed be a bit different - been years since I visited there. This IS NOT modem, you can cannot connect to internet using this, it's just a SIM card reader. The SIM card reader is for reading data saved on SIM card, mostly contact list (remember that SIM card can hold something around 250 contacts). It require 3rd party application to read/clone it. You probably can even clone all the data from one SIM card to another if you got proper software

I guess the closest to that is the El Corte Inglés we have here in Portugal, which has floors organized by types of goodies and are completely open, being organized in several small areas for each store, divided only by small walkways. Indeed, I find that super confusing and even quite claustrophobical - quite a bad experience, the last time I went there!

I have a version of those earbuds, the tws-i7, they are dirt cheap and for that price actually rather good! Was very difficult setting them up to dual pair, as the manual was pure chinese, but after the 1st setup they continue to pair as a pair so no problems since then. Terrible battery life though, about 2 hours then totally dead for about 3 hours before its fully charged

The SIM reader is for internet access where there's no WiFi. You need a software to connect to the internet. It was used a lot in Asian countries before WiFi hotspot and USB tethering came along.

The "Gameboy" case it's actually a clone of the 9999 in 1 Brick Game (probably the most famous bootleg console) witch is a bootleg Tetris clone featuring "9999" games.
So you basically have a case version of a portable bootleg console.

Umm, that sim reader is actually a 8 in 1 card reader. We use it to read credit cards, micro sd, etc. It is common for us to change SIM cards therefore the sim reader is useful when we need to transfer contacts between sim (back when there’s no google)
