The sample cut at the end was either 5/8 or 3/4. I don’t remember if I added any spacers.

I'm really surprised this doesn't have a lot more views. Title changes? Add 7491 to the title? "Maxing out your Dewalt 7491 jobsite saw: dado blades, upgraded miter guide and custom fences"? Leave out the click-away weather report in the beginning? Add more tag words to the meta data? Not sure. It appears they are deep discounting this now, probably preparing for a new model, so your traffic should be picking up on this video.

Great video, good detail. However, when standing the saw up, lower all four legs while the weight is still on the wheels and frame. Then just rock the saw into it's upright position. : )

This wouldn’t hurt the legs overtime? I do it just as he does it in the video to avoid putting all that stress on those 2 legs closest to the wheel when flipping it upright.
