I was told that I shouldn't use my precision plate with the fold away. Im not too concerned because it cuts so well . Just wondering

One side of my machine will not fold up. It has been a little awkward for a while but today it will not budge. Any suggestions on how to fix this.

How your sandwich looking? do you have 1 platform, 1 folder with material inside and 1 cutting pad? if so and you're still experiencing an issue, please reach out to our customer service team via sizzix.com/contact

Hey, I'm not too sure which die you mean but usuall 'comb' looking dies can be rolled up and used and flower centers :)

@@sizzix Thanks for a quick reply :) I bought the Sizzix Big Shot Foldaway starter kit. It comes with a variation of dies and one of them looks like at comb. I'm still not sure what to use that particular die for
