Since water is a primary input and becomes part of the juice, I was curious about the type and quality of the water that is used for growing the wheat grass and microgreens. What type of water is used, municipal tap water, RO filtered water, spring water with a slightly acidic pH, or other? If tap water is used, does your municipality fluoridate and chlorinate?
