I'd say it's fairly close. On the one hand, obviously we recruit teachers and presenters who can speak well and have good control over their own speech. On the other hand, we specifically tell presenters to speak in their own voice, so that they aren't making their language artificially easier. The biggest difference between this and 100% natural speech is that natural speech is generally much more fragmented and messy, e.g. people speak in incomplete sentences, start sentences and leave them unfinished, jump from one idea to another etc. Just writing this comment, I feel like this might make a good video, so I'll put that on the ideas list. This topic is very interesting. This lesson will show you natural conversational responses which you can use to express interest, surprise, agreement, confusion and much more. it is very useful and necessary when you're speaking second language. However, while I'm talking to others in a real life, using verbal reaction is very awkward owing to cultural difference and a personality. I just nodded or saying" Okay" "I don't know" "good" "Oh yeah""really" it's terrible. I need to try to practice some other ways of reaction.

The lady one is much easier to understand because I think her accent sounds like american I'm used to hearing. But the guy, it's fine, I'm ok with it. I wish I could have the same accent like he does. British accent is a lot difficult, but it's sexy though. I love how british emphasize the words!
Really, you're not serious, are you? I don't think so. Well, I'd say the British accent it's easy for me. I may indeed be wrong, but if you dive in everyday listening and speaking you would find out how easy is. Believe me, every summer in our hotel we have people from England, I'm delighted to meet them, it's pleasure for me to speak and hearing their accent. My advice: don't say I can't, I'll try.

For the first sentence i would choose "You must be joking" as answer, because i think this is a funny and unusual situation,and i will probably make joke about it in real life. For the second sentence i will definitely respond "i'm not sure about that" because i don't agree at all, and in my opinion justin bieber, is not the best music industry had ever produced... And for the last one i will probably answer "No way!", because i've not much time these days, and it's a bit latter asking me for hikking.
I think you must be joking about hiking mountains in this weekend. Because there are untowardness in the climate all over the world. Hiking mountain is a time consuming program. Sometime, we may not be able to come back within the desired time. Also the climate is quite unpredictable. Where at better to procrastinate the hiking program and choose an other day.

They speak very standard English. I would like to hear their real accents and intonations that they usually use when they converse with their friends.

I noticed that in American English people used to say "a hundred percent" to show agreement. How common is this expression in British English?

It's embarrassing when you can't respond naturally to a conversation. It happened to me many times. I think I have to memorize these responses.
Memorising phrases can be useful, but the best way is to practise!
