I I still wouldn't dare do this fight without plenty of fairies. As good as I am at fighting Lynels, one hit, and it's game over. Absolutely not risking that. You got guts to do this. Good job!
I am such a moron. After dying a myriad times and finally beating him, I wanted to make sure I got the desired enchantment on the crusher weapon (damage up). So after picking it up, realizing it had the wrong enchantment, I saved and reloaded. In my head, this would re-roll the enchantment. BIG MISTAKE. It disappeared and I just sat there in regret for like 10 mins. Fml
You could also use fire arrows, if you magnesis boulder the archers near the magnesis shrine, into the water BEFORE they fire at you, you can get 10 fire arrows. Every little bit helps
"On the great plateau, There's a silver lynel!" Sir, that's a white maned lynel, Silver ones have purple stripes and they are brighter, get it right :)
I'm proud that I'm one of the few players in the world who manages to beat this lynel from the plateau before leaving not the hardest thing I ever did in a videogame but was still fun.
The lynel on the great plateau is the scariest thing in botW all the other lynels or easy even the gold but the one on great plateau is the scariest and hardest
I wish you could customize master mode. I’m fine with stealth being weaker and enemies being stronger but I absolutely hate the regenerating health. That’s only reason I won’t play it. If I could turn it off, it would be perfect
Exactly, there's a difference between difficult setting and cheap setting. Enemies with health regen take away from the freedom of approach that the game built upon. You are forced to play 1 way
Lyzark, about the Lynel preparations, once you have the paraglider & Majora's Mask dlc, wouldn't it be better to go to Hyrule castle to get all the weapons, bows, and food items in the dining room especially? I know there is a Royal Guard Claymore in the dungeon that has 72-durability, plus one of the Moblins has a Stone Crusher sword, and another hidden behind a bookshelf in the library, about 100 arrows from a few other rooms. Actually another Moblin on the west side basement also has a Royal Guard Claymore to shock him with the Thunder Sword for easy pick up after he drops it.
Hyrule castle has some of the best weapons in the game because it is designed to be an endgame area to explore that’s why many speed runners dont need to get good weapons because they can yust find them in hyrule castle very fast but i woudnt recommend going there in the begining as it is very hard and even if you get the op eapons it will make combat really boring until all weapons break because they 2 shot most enemy’s you are going to fight
@@elbarto4069 oh I've gone there at the beginning not just for the weapons, but getting the diamond in the lower west basement entrance as my surplus rupees for Pondo's snow-bowling game. In fact, on Master Mode, just by sheer unimaginable ridiculous luck, that I got one of the Guardian Stalkers on Hyrule Field to make the RAREST of drops..... 4 Ancient Cores AND a Giant Ancient Core! The point of this video is doing the challenge before finishing the plateau and acquiring the paraglider, otherwise the video would be: Just finish all the shrines, get the extra hearts and Mighty elixirs, and get the royal weapons.
Really miss my BOTW AND my Nintendo Switch but since a year ago when my joycons and my controller went out and I got into an argument with someone in my family about how to actually fix the issue (which I already knew, yet they treat me like I’m so stupid that I don’t know anything at all😢), I haven’t even touched my Switch, and I now even think they sold it behind my back when I wasn’t looking. 😡
I’ve gotten a 108 crusher and 5-shot bow from this lynel before. He’s a great stop after every blood moon for bomb arrows too. Sounds like just some poor RNG in your case.
omg everything you just did i did also since i decided to play the game on master mode for the 1st time and when i saw a lynel at the great plateau i ran like a little girl away from him ASAP then i beat his butt do the the items you picked up. 😅😅😅
i'm in my 3rd playthrough, now on master mode. have powerful shields/weapons,upgraded armor, attack power meals, stasis+ and still got everything broken and died twice before killing a golden lynel
I I still wouldn't dare do this fight without plenty of fairies. As good as I am at fighting Lynels, one hit, and it's game over. Absolutely not risking that. You got guts to do this. Good job!
I did too! I'm a veteran in botw
Yeah, like, I’m not fighting a Lynel if I at least have Mipha’s Grace.
Y’all are bad at the game if you need fairies or miphas grace I did this fight all alone first try and got all the loot
The thing is for me I’m good at combat but one mistake for me it’s over/I have bad armor😢
"Trust me guys it's worth it!"
(Long throw)
Better than nothing xD
@@Lyzarkactually it is worse, long throw makes it sooo bad
@@Voitleit’s basically the same as a normal Lynel weapon with no special effects but you can just throw it farther

is there somewhere that tells you the damage multiplyers of each arrow type and against each enemy?
Pretty good. You can easily parry the overhead attack tho instead of jumping to the side and sacrificing a shield. Other than that solid video.
at what time do i parry

Man… if I were to defeat this lynel and get long throw I’d be too depressed to continue.
Now that is how you fight a Lynel! AKA Murder Kitty! Your fight was nice and clean, you are a true champion!
So am I? I did this also

Especially with crap like how Ganon can just heal in between phases :(

Because my claymore and broadsword broke 😐
This reminds me of Duke Fishron pre mechs in Terraria
whats themechs gonna be then theres only 1 i can think of with is stone talus
