    can I stage the info of the change from an incident without saving the change, or create the change (without the .insert()) so the info is a draft and if the user goes back the change is not created

    Please get rid of the terrible music. I would much rather you provide commentary as we can then follow your thought process. The music is very annoying, especially in a office environment. Thanks.

      Hello Yes, This can be done with BR or script include but you need to have trigger condition.

      Yes you can but its better to show that URL on GlideModal UI Page popup.
