    ServiceNow has released an official blog on the Clone Admin Console that gives more information about its features. It aligns with what I covered in this video. Check the description for the link to the blog!

    hi, your content is very helpful
    and could you post developer interview questions and answers of servicenow

      Hi, thank you for your support! In terms of interview questions and answers for the ServiceNow platform, I feel that there’s a lot of that material available on TH-cam and elsewhere, already. On a similar note, while I can understand the desire to want to prepare for interviews as best as you can, a lot of it comes down to what you honestly already know. The answer should come naturally. Best of luck in your search!

    what are the tables that mostly come inside the preserve and exclude tables? can you share the list please that you have come forward to

    • @Allenovation

      Hi! It varies per company, but ServiceNow does provide a good default list of tables for both exclude and preserve. The most common addition is actually just selecting (within the clone settings itself) to not bring the Task records down. This is because a good portion of organizations don’t want to bring Prod records down to their sub-production instances. They may also choose to not bring users and groups down either (although that can cause some issues when it comes to developers trying to configure things and the user and/or group isn’t there).

    After cloning somehow admin access is revoked how to do a backend login now

    • @Allenovation
      @Allenovation  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi, I’m unsure what you mean be admin access, unless you mean the account you login with no longer has the admin role. If this is the case, then it could have been from excluding and not preserving roles during the clone. You may need to login to the SN Support Account associated with this instance to obtain assistance. More info found here: support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0714721
