Arthritis is and has been really bad for years. After years of shots (cortisone\PRP) I am finally going to get some relief and be able to sleep through the night.

I'm surprised you can't grind out the arthritis. My doctor said no.
I just found out that other countrys install a pad between the joint. Of course we don't do it here
I am 37 and just got diagnosed with arthritis in my shoulder :(
I was 37 when It started for me. It started from a fracture. I had to get surgery for that, it looks like I have to get surgery again.
