I had to cancelcmy shoulder surgery and get a second opinion i am waiting on. The surgeon who consultes for shoulder repair surgery declined anything stronger than tylenol in my recovery plan after surgery. He doesnt believe in narcotics, he said their addicting. I told him ive had open heart surgery 2x and never got addicted, and even came off early. Sucks I gotta wait now... already had my work time off pre scheudled. Gotta love some peoples views...

I am having shoulder arthroplasty in September. I essentially have a flat glenoid and a square humeral head, so flat against flat and extremely low ROM. Arthritis is and has been really bad for years. After years of shots (cortisone\PRP) I am finally going to get some relief and be able to sleep through the night.

I like the counter stretch.

I'm surprised you can't grind out the arthritis. My doctor said no.

Just had this surgery yesterday and it wasn't really explained but this makes very good scene after last years distal clavicle resection and removal of the ac joint I lived with the pain for a year and a half almost then went for a second opinion and this is what they found fingers crossed that it's all fixed up and I never had to take these pain meds or deal with this pain and recovery again thanks for the explanation
