No. When you have to go to the meet up it's like a race, the first gets more points. When you are waiting for the race to start you can takedown opponents to get points. Everything is competitive in the multiplayer.
A few things... 1. Your drifting was good 2. Your choice of car was great 3. No offence(I have to practise the same thing) You should practice doding cars at high speeds I just do it in free roam for a while practising dodging cars. Otherwise a great video!

He's lying, you can free roam in single player and multiplayer. Before an event the game sets a route to your destination and you can choose the way you want, even the playlist (5events) ends you can go where you want, do what you want.
I actually think that the car goes to slow :P My friend got his car for maybe like 1500 dollars and he uses it for street racing and screwing around with, it is a wreck :P. And on the highway the top speed the car can go is 210 kph. I don't know anything about cars but shouldn't a sport car like the one in the game be able to do at least 300 kph ? If it only can beat it with 50 kph then I'm not impressed. Good game btw I just got into the franchise after a very long break and I've missed a few.

This has been going on ever since the big consoles became mainstream, because their owners are generally easily satisfied with anything. Not only are developers creating lower quality stuff, but they're also forcing everyone else into their model. The only hope is indie developers, who will vanish once PC gaming is completely swept away by companies.
thing is tho. i know how to avoid a crash. be it drifting or flipping a 180. and yes i have played the game and i have completed it. i still have one or two jack spots to find, but otherwise completed.

Szkoda bo jestem zainteresowany kupnem MW na Vitę, w sumie mam PS3, ale wolę pograć w podróży lub coś w tą gierkę, a aż tak strasznie nie odbiega od wersji na PS3 (multiplayer niby na 4 osoby, ale podobno fanu z tego jest sporo, a mniejszy ruch uliczny ponoć jest wcale nie odczuwalny, no jedynie te "łyse" pola mnie denerwują"

You need an internet connection to play online, if you loose it, you will return to single player mode.

When playing online, all I find is people crashing into your car -.- gets pretty annoying.
i live in america, but i do know some mph to kph numbers. 62mph=100kmh, 100mph=160kph, ~180=300kph

how can i use bugatti online with friends ??? i've unlocked the whole cars even bugatti but can't get it in multiplayer !!!
