But they don't complicate it so much like us. That was more of a sarcasm. Don't take it word by word. My bad for not putting it clearly. I just throw some sophisticated jokes. Also, I haven't had much experience with pets. So that's one reason too.
@@wizbuskout Understood! Pets, livestock, ant colonies, bee colonies, all have much to teach us. I focus on dogs because that's what I have. But it's likely a sheep rancher could tell you why this sheep is a bellwether and this one is not. Animals in groups are quite interesting to watch. I foster for an adoption group here in TX. Right now I have two personal dogs and two young, male, fosters who were found as strays. They had to survive by their wits. I call these two the "rough boys" because they constantly negotiate each other's space, food, dog beds, who passes through the doorway first, who gets to snuggle up to mom, and so on. You can see it in what I call "posturing" - extending the neck, standing very stiff and straight, maybe a little front foot stamping, lifting of the tail. Then you add a dominant female to the mix and it becomes even more complex.
Interesting. Thanks for the information. I used to watch Discovery channel as a kid, but time passes so fast and I realize I have to watch it again after years to update my knowledge.
😅 Haha. My apologies for my unusually deep ignorance. Reciprocity and exchange of items and information is certainly happening between many other animals. But what I really was trying to say was: they aren't as sophisticated as us when it comes to negotiation.

Takeaway for me is the last point always be prepared with a backup plan. This sounds so practical and doable.
Excellent summary of main concepts - thank you! 😊
Glad it was helpful!
Well elaborated and understood, most appreciated.
Thanks for support 😇 Glad you found it helpful.
Thanks for sharing.
Anyone who has more than one dog knows animals DO negotiate. All day, every day.

Great recap! Thank you! :)
Glad you enjoyed it!

@@wizbuskout, I promise you some primates have much more sophisticated communication and negotiation systems than some human beings 😂
Can you give some examples? It'd help if you link to some kind of research. Thanks.

Sorry for the bad experience. The newer videos have real human voice by various artists. You can check the latest videos.
