Some time it stops at 99 or 23 or 18 %, but usually in second attempt it proceeds with 100%. If it is stucking at 99% every and everytime, then there is some mistake at your side. Because this tool is too much straight forward. May be the problem is in driver installation or cable problem. Try to uninstall all drivers with revo uninstaller. Then install again. Or change diff port just, Or change cable, lastly manage another computer for half an hour, and proceed on that PC.
