  • The demands of life and work often place intense pressures on us. When I get home, this is how I find my RESET Button... How I Hit the Reset Button on Life. I’m sure every outdoor enthusiast with an ounce of adventurous spirit will identify with my thoughts !
    Buachaille Etive Mor is one of the best known and loved of all the Munro peaks. The epic view of the mountain from the main A82 road makes it appear quite unassailable and is one of the most photographed sights in Scotland.

    Nice video, love the drone footage directly above you. Weird we had a raven at the summit too. Wonder if it's the same one. cottoned on they can get our scraps.

    Great compilation of stunning moments in the Glen , your gradual elevation and ultimately summit footage using a quad a top Buchallie gives added perspective , the day was kind to you , allowing the assent in good conditions for the time of year, but you also showed how quickly the weather changes in this special place.

      Graeme Murray thank you for taking the time to comment. More importantly I’m glad you noticed the subtle hints at how important it is to be safe, especially when soloing. Thank you for your kind words also. 😊

    Nice video pal. That Raven is always up there. I have pictures of him posing at the cairn too. Coe and Etive are stunning and you have captured them well. Thanks for posting.

      That's very nice of you to comment, thank you. If there's one thing about filming, it makes you stop and take in the surroundings while you find the next shot. :-)

      To true mate. I'm concentrating on lower level climbs this winter as you miss cracking places when your targets are Munros all the time. My last vid last week was up in Loch Muick. Noticed a beautiful sandy beach on the dubh loch while doing the Lochnagar 5 during the summer. Camped below Creag na dubh loch, stunning place. Thanks again mate keep your vids coming. Cheers

    What a beautiful film you have made, so well done. I’m always blown away by Glencoe, one special place. I’ve never climbed the Herdsman but after seeing this I’ll put it on my to do list. Being retired I’m fortunate that I can slip away into the mountains more frequently than before when going to work. Cheers! ⛺️🏕

      How did you film the drone footage? I never saw you with any type of remote control in your hand. I am thinking about getting one and would probably get one like yours. What model was it, if you don't mind me asking?

    • @ontheadventuretrails-scotl9389
      @ontheadventuretrails-scotl9389  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Madcat100 it was done with GoPro Karma drone using some of its presets. That along with editing allows you to remove the shot holding the controller.
