I do all of these on the regular. Oatmeal, green tea, berries and lemon every day. I don't think eating fish every single day is a must, but I usually eat it four times a week at either lunch or dinner, mostly sardines and salmon. And dark chocolate has proven to be rife with cadmium, so I'd look for a company that tests for it. I use organic Cacao powder every day.
