I use wifi of airtel at home n outside Jio, when u use airtel for watching webseries on wifi it very good but when it comes to data plan on phone 2gb runs out within 1.5 hours n jio pe 8 hours chalta hai Netflix, prime, hotstar kuch bhi dekho, airtel ka internet fast hai, aur wo total data nahi deta ye insider information hai..

Believe it or not Jio's network availability is far better then Airtel. Pricing is secondary thing. Its is almost same for both the companies

Ganesh, this might be nitpicking but for it to be truly Hindi, you have to use Hindi words for advertisement, profits, strategy, lesson etc etc. Furthermore, usage of phrases ‘cherry on the cake’

JIO just sticks with the "sabkha saat sabkha Vikas" ideology which isn't actually sabka vikas, coz cheap internet has given rise to a lot of useless content that can influence people in the wrong direction
but Airtel is just being more practical... and the whole model in 2 points :
1> Low-value customers look for cheaper options... in short no brand loyalty.... so they don't care about Airtel, so neither does Airtel... and it is actually a waste of time and resources to please a confused customer
( simpler: if a girl is interested in 2 guys.. u and ur friend, u immediately step back and reject her... coz she doesn't love you.. she is seeing something in you today but tmrw someone else can take your place... there is no trust in the relationship so it won't work for long and later you will lose a lot after the breakup, That's why avoid this from the very start)
2> High-value customers hardly shift... people who take the premium subscriptions or expensive services do it, coz they trust the brand, and love the service that fulfills their requirement... in this case even if a similar service is offered by another company for a lower price... they will hardly shift... coz they can afford the current service and it's stable and exactly what they want... later if the alternative service isn't fulfilling their requirement then switching back takes a lot of time and money which the high-value customers generally avoid
(simpler: in the smartphone market... iOS users stick with iPhones, Pixel users stick with Pixel, Samsung S series Users stick with S series, ROG users stick with ROG phones... all these are high-value customers, and they have understood 2 points clearly:
1> Even Vivo and POCO make phones.... but we don't have time nor do we want to waste money in cheap goods... quality comes at a price!
2> Even though the Samsung S series is amazing... but as a Pixel user, is it what I want? or as a ROG user, does S series match my requirements?
I can upgrade and try this... and it will cost me (say 60k - 80k) but if this doesn't suit me, then can i spend another additional 60k-80k and switch back??

Bsnl aek laand chuso public limited company hein jo bina kaam karke taxpayer ka paisa khaa raha hein. Bsnl ka rehna aek hi karan he, wo ki market mein enough players ho. If Bsnl closes tomorrow, you'll see soon enough that Jio and Airtel will be the telecom juggernauts which would start to exploit their consumer base and workers by increasing the price of their service, reducing salary of workers, discrepancy in proper flow of service, long working hours, rise in unemployment and so on.
So, more number of players in a market, more conveniece and oppurtunities for the people.

I just realised I'm one of the 20lakhs, I pay for Netflix, hotstar, prime video, zee5 apple tv+ & sonyliv. I also pay for yt premium and Spotify. I have multiple smart TV's and everyone watches something different and I have to pay for all these services in my home to keep everyone happy. I think I pay around 12-14k just for tv every year, and Netflix is the most expensive among all coming in at 7.8k per year.

At time of Jio launch, Airtel had majority of upper middle class as their user who did not opt jio for free data due to various reasons like no. change and many people didn't even have smartphone. And due to this they survived whole wave and later when jio became paid every thing normalised.
More over in tier 2 and 3 cities and towns due many jio users network was also disturbed and many people went to airtel

I'm airtel user, the jio customer care calls and cuts instantly for formalty of their job on my inactive mobile number.
All is heard is jio is winner in all metrics except in high value customer(postpaid users) it will also not last long because the 25cr dark tv customer will become smartphone users soon and they will prefer the network which catered to them even when they were so called "low value customer". Jio plans are atleast 20% cheaper with great network connectivity and additional perks like jio cinema etc. so if there's a winner it's simply JIO, Airtel is nowhere near close to it.

Give this is a Hindi video, I found the use of good amount of English words and some of which might be heavy - can you script it in such a way (like the Hindi news channels do) in close to pure Hindi - otherwise this is more like Hindi Grammer + English jargons...whilst I can speak, read, write and understand both the languages, I am not sure all your Hindi viewers are ..... otherwise a great venture/concept/initiative....

I would consider myself a good example of a high value customer.
So it all happened back in feb'24 when my Airtel SIM card stopped working. Reason being
1. Because I had Jio SIM card which I used mostly.
2. I used to skip recharging my Airtel SIM for 2 months in a row. Only recharged it when I needed an OTP.
After that I visited Airtel store because I needed OTP for something important. They told your phone number has been discontinued and the only way you can get it back working if you switch it to a postpaid SIM. I was shocked how can they discontinue my number like this. It's just been 2 months 😂. So according to this case study I was one of those customers Airtel wanted to layoff. 🤣
So I desperately needed my number back because it was my oldest number. So I had to convert it to a postpaid plan. And most of my family members use Airtel as their primary SIM so I converted this into a Airtel Black family plan. Also I have a broadband connection from the plan.

I RECHARGE FOR ONE DAY (WHICH HAS TO BE 24 HOURS)UNLIMITED DATA BUT HERE ONE DAY DURATION DOESN'T WORK INFACT IT WILL EXPIRE AT 12AM EVEN IF U RECHARGE AT 11 PM.
WHERE AS JIO WORKS FOR 24 HOURS EVEN IF U RECHARGE AT 11PM.
HOPE TO REACH OUT AIRTEL CEO.
They are not costumers, they are houses. Look at your data, it add upto comes to 30 crore. And it is the total number of houses in India, given by the government of India.
BSNLl should revive itself and Target those 20% and other consumers.
Airtel ghatia Speed and service in my area. VI is best in speed though network is not available everywhere. I use 199 Airtel plan for calling and vi 480 plan for data. Even Jio and bsnl 3g is better than Airtel when it comes to data in my area.
Jio SA 5G has made their 4G speed DIP. Also their call quality is not as before. Call is disconnecting in between, cross connection etc..
Jio is concentrating on customer base rather than valuable customers as Airtel is doing... They will move to SA 5G but they will make 5G and 4G strong first ❤

I don't think airtel is providing good services to postpaid user, complaining since 6 months, closing service request without solving problem.
Jio's services are too good and i think jio is reached every part of india but sometimes airtel network is not working in some areas but you can definitely get jio network at that point so jio is giving more compatible plans in lover price.
I don't really think that airtel is anywhere ahead of jio though. And as far as concerned about qualify of network, that is also better at jio. An example can be that the 5g of jio is a true 5G (standalone network) and Airtel 's is NSA (non standalone) and Airtel is also more of a "Uchi dukaan, feeke pakwan" thing.
Recharge 100 rs today in AirTel. In a week 100 balance will be 0. Because they will start any service without your knowledge.
