I guess this must be the small copper mountain, as it is far away from the famous "Great Copper Mountain" that was in full production for 600 years, before running dry and the operations company diversified to other activities. That mountain also contained some gold and had some foreign involvement in the ownership structure.

I would like to know the properties of the copper mineral and if it has any applications in that form. Also, what is added to the alcohol solution to make the copper float?. I'd also like to know how the ball mills work.
They mentioned float collectors in the video. This will be a hydrophobic chemical (think hydrocarbons) that attach to the copper. The air bubbles into the system will catch the float chemicals and take the copper to the surface.

The ball mills are basically a giant rock tumbler. Ore and water are spun in the mills while softball size metal balls crush the ore down to size.
The copper concentrate is smelted and usually turned into copper rod.
