It reminds me a bit of the type of racing he used to do in my early days of watching the channel, circa 2017, but with extra commentary and camera angles. I like this format too.

This is a great format Jimmy, despite the many races in real life, you didn’t lost the touch..your videos and ability in the sim are pleasantly smooth.
Honestly that's a great style of putting a video like this together between the commentary, 1st person view AND the tv-like camera angles once in a while

Everyone's saying it but I'll say it again, this format of video is immaculate jimmer. Love the mix of normal jimmer and intense racing commentary between other drivers just back and forth
The extra commentary should absolutely be a thing. Love the breakdown of events that happened to the other drivers. Just a chefs kiss of added spice to a Jimmer vid.

Channeling a bit of Alonso there wanting to know where everyone is and what they’re doing. You’re in a unique position Jimmer. You were THE superstar of sim racing, but you’ve now got the self assuredness and relaxed attitude of a RL race driver like Kanaan while driving at an elite level, and knowing what works as a content creator. One of the best vids I’ve ever watched with the highlights from others and talking through what you were doing. I know your time is precious but keep making stuff exactly like this please mate. We’re still feuding because you called Dave a nerd, but really great vid 😊
It honestly amazes me how content creators like Jimmer can commentate on a race while driving their own car as well. Whenever I'm sim racing, I have to have 100% concentration all the time.
My experience here last week was put in a slow quali lap, start 3rd on the grid because no one else bothered to qualify, panic, sink like a stone through the field around the GP circuit on lap 1, slowly claw my way back as everyone else gradually crashed out, and finish up with a pile of IR for essentially just existing. Great success!

I think it was really cool how you showed the crashes that were happening as well it was really fun to see what other things were happening as you were trying to catch everyone
Coming back to this after the week of Cayman GT4s from Ringmeister series is crazy now how much I learned about both track and car. I had never driven either before in Iracing and now it's my favorites.
This had me leaning with some of the bends like im on a motogp bike, what a combo. This is what draws me to racing more than racing itself the sense of freedom as soon as your out on your own in p14. God that thing sounded good too, what a sim game. Honestly Id binge watch a 6 8 hell 12 hour pov of a gt4 race on this layout.

Hey Jimmy, did you notice your need to hit the left shifter twice for it to register a downshift at 22:28?? Sometimes my lap gets absolutly ruined because of this and I am just curious as to how you are dealing with it. I have almost the same setup. Cheers, mate! Love your videos
I think that’s actually a safety feature for the car, if the revs aren’t quite low enough it won’t let you downshift until it is. I think jimmer was just a bit early on it that time.
