That was truly remarkable. Never heard of Suellio until 45 minutes ago at the beginning of this video. This film, the coincidental story, the emotion, this is one of the greatest experiences I've witnessed related to Motorsport. And it's on TH-cam, not Netflix. This video randomly popped up on my recommended, I thought maybe it was going to be 4 friends racing their cars. 3 of which were pros, but no. I get what was one of the best, movie worthy, races I've seen in a while. I was on the edge of my seat heart pumping the entire time. As someone who is trying to claw their way into racing this entire video is the epitome of why I want to race. The adrenaline, the ups, the downs, and that indescribable feeling when you beat all the odds and everyones expectations. You are truly a skilled driver and good person, I'm so happy you won and you are one of the reasons I will continue my fight to get into racing
Actually the way it turned out. This might have been the best coach for Suellio. That not everything can always be in control. That things are random and sometimes unfair. But he still did it. And I´m proud. And I dont think Suellio would have gained that much skill without him. This sure changed his mindset. This is the moment Suellio turned into Heisen.... wait wrong series
Racing against Chris has made Suellio a better driver, and Suellio still got the W in the end. Going after people IRL when they broke no rules or laws is smooth brained energy.
I don't know much about this shi.. can someone explain how he's allowed to hire to drivers in order to sabotage someone else's race? What's the point in the race if you got two buddies to hold back your opponent? That's not even a win at that point.
@@AmonVA absolutely - but Chris didn't set out to make Suellio better - he set out to beat him at any cost including playing dirty. this latest thing, getting two more drivers to fight against Suellio, is not the only time he has played dirty on track or off. dirty dirty stuff. that Suellio won _despite_ such odds is Suellio to cherish, not Chris to be seen as a "mentor"...
Dude, you're not only good at driving. You do master storytelling too!! That vid kept me on the edge the whole time. Parabéns pacaralio, Suellio!!! 🇧🇷 🇧🇷
Kudos to Suellio for not not showing any other emotion except his smiles during the award ceremony. Not many can hold their anger and frustration after what he just went through. Congratulations! You're amazing!
Around 4:00, I can FEEL that. Panic, helplessness, FURY. I know you looked at yourself in that footage and knew it wasn’t you at your best, maybe not even recognizing yourself. You would tell your students it’s just noise and to focus on driving. And yet, you shared it. Your integrity is remarkable. The universe will always humble us when we need to be humbled. You can keep your cool in all situations you’ve faced, but it’s that new situation that tests us, that teaches us. I’m going finish the video now, just wanted to get that out there. No matter what happens, I’m proud to have seen you grow as a driver and as a person since subscribing. Champion is in your blood.
Man that move when you let the other class pass you to pressure Chris was brilliant! You knew exactly what kind of state of mind he was in, and that he was going to fight anything that came into his peripheral vision. My hats off to you, you definitely earned it.
I look at Chris and his collegues as a kind of Sim-Esports racers. Taking every trick from their sleeves on the brink of legality to get the win. Just like exploits in the virtual world. Some may say they were racing drity, I would say they were doing everything they could to win because they knew Suellio was faster. It surely was frustrating, even I was frustrated watching. But in the end they were great sportsmen crongratiolating the new Champion! It was hella exiting, i was rooting for Suellio the whole way throughout this brilliant masterpiece of a movie! You guys did it, Suellio! Well deserved! ♥ I hope you also had fun at the Expo this weekend :)
Oh man that video was just perfect textbook material! I am 32 now and love motorsports since I watched my first F1 race with my dad as a child and simrace for some years now, but I never felt so involved into a race ever before... Showing all that team reactions and live discussions during the race, your thoughts and decisionmaking inside the cockpit and feelings between and after the race was just perfect. This video shows truely how it is to be a race driver and I thank you alot for this!! Keep your passion burning hot and show that monetized racing world what a dude started on a G29 can do!
Well, well, well. I already had huge respect for you, young man, but having watched this & having felt EVERY corner with you, my respect and admiration for you has doubled. Nigel Mansell is my ALL TIME favourite driver, but you Sir are.my #2 and I look forward to following your progress right here on YT. CONGRATS 👏 👏 🎉
Many do it but still is scummy. Racing has become less about being the better driver and winning, and is more focused on just making sure “that person/team” can’t get ahead for points. It’s why a lot of people hate sports like racing and boxing. People winning by being shitty is bad for any sport.
That is a hell of a way to win the championship. Glad to see the pro1340 class is still giving the best racing. I won the 1340 championship back in 2016 and it has been exciting watching you this year.
What an adventure! I had no idea about the strategy of those other teams. Definitely a a filthy strat. BUT, you overcame it and came out on top Brother! To think that sim racing brought you here. What a roller coaster of emotion and work! You did great! Truly inspiring Suellio! So glad to be apart of the sim racing community as well! I was so excited to get to watch Race 2 and 3 in person. That spin at the start of race 3 was scary! Glad that no one got crashed or injured. You've got a great team on your side as well. A pleasure to meet in person and to be able to congratulate you in the paddock! CONGRATS AGAIN!!! AND THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS AWESOME EXPERIENCE WITH US! YOU EARNED IT CHAMP!!!
To me this is a flash back to XYZ Affair. This is more extreme than anything I’ve ever seen. The video has beyond exceeded my expectations, but most importantly, your driving under incredible pressure is absolutely stunning. It is insane how much you improved as a driver from this race, and how the hell you supported the weight of 2 WEC drivers for 35 minutes! You have astonished many of us with your ability to withstand such intensity. We may strive to be like you, but I’m sure most of us will never have the ability to do what you have done. Very few have and can achieve what you have. Congratulations on your victory.
That was so exciting!!! Well done, Congratulations! I don't know a single thing about racing but, that was so much fun to watch! Really great content, great editing, I loved every minute!!!
Tamo junto.
As a rider, if someone's blocking, you got to pull back a bit, see the bigger picture (in terms of lines) you're aggressive, hes passive, you get stuck behind his bumper, get on that passive flow, higher gear, lower rpm, when you see it, downshift, it'll get you next to him, the next turn decides, so time it well. Everytime you thought of defending in race 2. I would have thought "ok i got to stop worrying about whats behind, and just keep clawing in front". But every man has his own. Congratulations!!!! You deserve it!
I've been watching all of the IRL races, and I can confidently say that the entire sim-racing community is behind you dude, Congrats on the championship! 🎉
That's one of the best videos and driving performances I've ever seen! I was on the edge of my seat the whole time, felt like I was the one driving, felt the pressure and the anger about this dirty way of trying to get the championship. You've really overcome all the obstacles in your way of becoming a Radical Champion, you can be so proud of yourself! ♥ This is the first video I've seen from you and I can't wait to watch every single one you already uploaded. The editing is really on point, the way your editors show all the different perspectives from you, your team and the caster makes this a masterpiece! :D
Amazing job dude. Been a follower of your channel since the early days and seen you grow. Amazing job with really bad underhanded tactics being thrown at you. Enjoy it
What a fucking masterpiece. So epic to see you show everyone what you're made of, despite their questionable tactis. Doing the talking on the track ehehe
They need to understand, you truly deserve to be there. You may have a background in simracing but I’m confident you’ve worked harder than anyone else on that track these recent years. So happy to see your success! 🎉
To be honest, I wanted to just see you slam into them going into the corner. But to see you put your head down and just race harder and faster and still come out on top is a true inspiration brother. This is a mindset that can be applied to almost every aspect of life, not just racing. The situation may look grim under circumstances you cannot control, but only you can control if it is over or not. This video will change the way I think forever, congratulations champion.
gotta be honest kinda sad suellio was still nice to them after what they tried to do to stop him but still lost it. was really looking for some trashtalk but well done!!!!!
Like it or not, Chris did what he could. Maybe his sportsmanship is questionable, but the result is within the rules. Nothing illegal with what he did. Instead of being grumpy and grudgy, Suellio treat it as a lesson to learn. I'd say, that's a champion mentality. This experience is good for his future real life racing career.
This video should come with a emotional advisory, my heart raced, I was holding my breath at points, my body sweat at some points, what a absolutely amazing video and story of a master class driver.

The best video i have seen in a while while, congrats Suellio, as a racing driver yet still in go karts i totally aspire that strenght and that way of keeping your head up in all ups and downs in terms of driving. You totally wrecked it and deserve it. Saudações da Argentina :)

@PhanMotion Andrew... All I can say is spectacular job bro 🔥! I don't know how the hell you pieced all of this footage up but I really felt like I was watching a movie, great edit. @SuellioAlmeida, you are a fucking warrior... 9:50 terrible commentary, master and apprentice? Suellio's first season racing his own car, by far the fastest in class, and being bullied by some old rich guy with money to burn ....
Amazing last race to close out the season and championship! I was so pumped up watching this story. Congratulations! It's been so cool to follow your progress racing IRL and look forward to seeing what the future holds for you. Congrats and best wishes!
👏 Ah, e a edição do vídeo ficou espetacular!
I love racing! I've been watching all kinds of races for the last 20 or so years, and didn't know about this championship before watching this video. Although Chris was portraited as the badguy in this video I will not say anything negative about him because that's not racers sportsmanship, and Suellio showed exactly in his winning speech. Great camerawork and clipping, It honestly makes Drive to Survive look like amateurs. I guess I have to sub because watching more of this is exactly what I want. I love racing!
Hats off to your team too. Good pit stops came in clutch. Chris was trying to pay to win. You came out on top with skill and hard work. Excellent stuff.
Suellio, I want to congrat you being a champion of a Radical. It was very intense. I love the way you sharing your emotions with us through the video, I felt everything you felt. Anger, disappointment and, sure, a lot of happiness. This is a master piece. You and your team did a massive job to win this championship. I absolutely love the way how you are thinking in the races, how you can stay in condition under the pressure. This is you win and you deserve it !!!
Fantastic job, to the whole team! Not only top of class racing but top notch editing, storytelling and filmography! A++ Have a great day everyone, stay safe
I think the most wholesome part is the sportsmanship when your on track opponents congratulate you and thank you for an epic battle and hard racing! this always makes my eyes water up a little bit, just love to see it, so well deserved, great season!
WOW, well deserved is an understatement. with the support of your team, you brought credit from the real racing world to the sim world and vice versa. you've proved so much from this championship and shown how serious sim racing can prepare you for the real thing. dissolving disputes around the world with proof, bringing more legitimacy and validity to the sim racing world. sim racing is not a joke. thank you! amazing story, amazing lessons.
To be honest, i feel so proud of what you achieve man. You are a great example of love, passion, dedication and necer stop trying to get your goals. They did impossible to you and despite that you got it. Congratulations, great hug from Argentina. I wish you good luck and succes!!!
What a drive! Congratulations Suellio. You did what we all knew you could do even with obvious unsportsmanlike obstacles to overcome. I think I heard some classical music in there too! Keep up the good work and we will follow you to the next series!

@@AmonVAgood point. Still, that guy is a joke. Exactly the type of person you don't want around you.
Valeu!! 🇧🇷🇧🇷
Chris is the perfect villain.
Absolutely!
michael schumacher
I'm not entirely sure who he is, but the guy at 4:29 is an underrated legend. He told you what you needed to hear, even if you already knew it.
he's the sim driver
Man that move when you let the other class pass you to pressure Chris was brilliant! You knew exactly what kind of state of mind he was in, and that he was going to fight anything that came into his peripheral vision. My hats off to you, you definitely earned it.
This series was awesome. Quality so fire. Congrats on the deserved championship
Every sim racer out there is behind you dude! Congratulations!
What they did is disgraceful to sportsmanship and they should be ashamed, so glad their plan didn't work. Well done Suellio
That Danish guy is a disgrace to his nation
All teams do that in all motorsports unless it's explicitly banned.
Many do it but still is scummy. Racing has become less about being the better driver and winning, and is more focused on just making sure “that person/team” can’t get ahead for points. It’s why a lot of people hate sports like racing and boxing. People winning by being shitty is bad for any sport.
@@Lianpe98 Yes but they weren't a team until that weekend... They were hired to stop him and failed.
@@oCaRRiEDx wow lol
This was so good man congrats you are a hero u will make it biiiig hope to see you gain more titles and build ur legacy 🏆
Lets gooooo this is about to be peak cinema 🍿😤
Highly technical fast driving! That was awesome!!! Congratulations on the championship!! Will be watching for more!!
"Sangue nos olhos!" Kkkkkkk
Brother. You single handedly got me into racing. Congrats mate from Australia.
watched this live, it was crazy cograts GG!
Tamo junto.
oh hell yes! I've been waiting for this video, refreshing your channel every day. Congratulation! Can't wait to see what comes next.
This had my heart pumping hard for the whole 3 races. Amazing video, deserves so much more attention! And amazing driver! Incredible.
get this man in WEC yesterday
This is the first video I've seen from you and I can't wait to watch every single one you already uploaded. The editing is really on point, the way your editors show all the different perspectives from you, your team and the caster makes this a masterpiece! :D
Chris really did play the villain role well LOL congrats again Suellio 👏👏
Amazing job dude. Been a follower of your channel since the early days and seen you grow. Amazing job with really bad underhanded tactics being thrown at you. Enjoy it
What a fucking masterpiece. So epic to see you show everyone what you're made of, despite their questionable tactis. Doing the talking on the track ehehe
They need to understand, you truly deserve to be there. You may have a background in simracing but I’m confident you’ve worked harder than anyone else on that track these recent years. So happy to see your success! 🎉
Stoked for you Suellio, as a sim racer/real racer they did the massive dirty on you and you overcame their bullshit to win a great championship.
Gotta keep the opportunities open with the people who have money in a sphere where money is king I guess.
@@SheetFiber 100% there are plenty of drivers in top classes that race like chris. learning to overcome them is essential to being a champion.
@@SheetFiber That's called collusion and in the rules of life and many sports, that's illegal and an ugly thing to do.
This video should come with a emotional advisory, my heart raced, I was holding my breath at points, my body sweat at some points, what a absolutely amazing video and story of a master class driver.
This guy is something else man. deserved it well done!!!!!
watched the whole video , i usually never comment under videos, but man this had me on the edge of me seat, it was honestly amazing and the way you engineered the video is just a cherry on top, congratulations on the win, i hope you stay blessed and safe.
How has your body been impacted since moving from sim to the real deal. Are the G Forces more or less physically demanding then you expected?
The best video i have seen in a while while, congrats Suellio, as a racing driver yet still in go karts i totally aspire that strenght and that way of keeping your head up in all ups and downs in terms of driving. You totally wrecked it and deserve it. Saudações da Argentina :)
I love this announcer btw he's telling it how it is staying just impartial enough to be professional but if you listen he's telling you exactly what's happening and not keeping his cards close to his chest
Thanks
ABSOLUTE CINEMA!
@PhanMotion Andrew... All I can say is spectacular job bro 🔥! I don't know how the hell you pieced all of this footage up but I really felt like I was watching a movie, great edit. @SuellioAlmeida, you are a fucking warrior... From fighting a two-man blockade to playing ALL-TIME GREAT DEFENSE for 35 MINUTES on them boys... What a race, bravo!
My brother 🙏🏻 I really appreciate that
iRacing não só é um jogo melhor que Gran Turismo como daria um filme melhor também! Hahahaha... Que história incrível, cara! Parabéns pela conquista... Acompanho seus vídeos faz um tempo e dá orgulho ver sua evolução!
Great video, very well put together and pretty tense to watch for the viewer. You had an awesome race and really did a good job racing the 3.
Congratulations man.
I’ve been watching your updates and not shy to say look forward so much to your posts! What an incredible story you have created, absolutely incredible. My hero, Ayrton your countryman would be so proud of you! You are an inspiration to so many and so well mannered in the final showdown with all the dirty tactics thrown at you! You had three people to beat not one and you did a stellar job sir! I can’t wait for your next posts and will continue my sim racing and follow your tips! James
Did donuts in my cul de sac after watching this! 🏆 🍾 🥂 🎉
First time watching a youtube video for straight 45 minutes. Happy for you Suellio Almeda! Proud of you!
9:50 terrible commentary, master and apprentice? Suellio's first season racing his own car, by far the fastest in class, and being bullied by some old rich guy with money to burn ....
Bro tried the pay to win method and failed miserably lol
Amazing video!! So proud to have had a lesson from you. You made a huge difference to me in 1 lesson.
Netflix who???🔥
Amazing last race to close out the season and championship! I was so pumped up watching this story. Congratulations! It's been so cool to follow your progress racing IRL and look forward to seeing what the future holds for you. Congrats and best wishes!
1 second ago and no views? Fell off
Why did i shed tears after that. This is absolute cinema. Instantly followed you, thank you for this amazing video man. I wish you the best.
bro deserves to be in f1
maybe f3
Ah, e a edição do vídeo ficou espetacular!
Well done. That has to be the most memorable moment in racing history, from sim race to a road racing championship. Well done and congratulations.
Have a great day everyone, stay safe
You are absolutely incredible. Huge congrats to you and your team! I’m so glad to be a part of this community and your journey!
What a drive! Congratulations Suellio. You did what we all knew you could do even with obvious unsportsmanlike obstacles to overcome. I think I heard some classical music in there too! Keep up the good work and we will follow you to the next series!
this was GENUINELY one of the best racing videos I've watched, and knowing the history of you made the watch that much more intense. Great job!
really nice video. I was glued to the screen. should've gone to bed, but could't stop watching! gonna be tired tomorrow but it was WORTH IT!
Great driving young man, that was incredible, for many years I believed what you did was possible , just needed an avenue to get started you proved it congratulations!
My heart can't take that fella!! Seriously, don't know how you didi it cause I was shaking with adrenalin just watching you. Awesome awesome drive, congratualtions!!
Superb speech too!
What an absolute joy this has been to watch. The production, the storytelling and not least the FANTASTIC driving from you! Never thought i could be this proud of a stranger, but i really am. Great job dude, congrats!Looking forward to whats next.👏🏻
Congrats dude, it’s been awesome watching you grow to be a champion in real life from when I was just watching your channel to get better at Gran Turismo.
I felt like I win a championship watching this. Good job man. Get in there Suellio, miracles do happen mate!
Congratulations man!!
Deserved!
Dont give up guys.
What an great videos, make your dreams come true, from an sim racer in his room, to an Champion on the track! Congratulations and you've made all the sim racers proud!🎉❤
Coming into this video I had no idea who Suellio Almeida was, after having finished this entire vid I will now watch closely how your career progresses. Congrats on the chip and Kudos to Chris McMurry for pushing your limits to make you a better driver. In a way he was the coach you never knew you had or needed to progress your racecraft. Never forget this weekend or season, because the world of motor racing is un-kind and will push you passed your limits daily.
Dude I’m repping you to my parents!!! I hope to keep watching you progress more and more into the future.
Idk if this is cringe, but damn man, your videos kinda get me through my day and make me feel like my “unrealistic dreams” of being a race car driver are actually possible. You are a huge huge inspiration to me, and to many, many more people than you could ever realize. Thank you for sharing your story Suellio !! This stranger truly appreciates it. Thank you. ♥️
I can't believe I just found your channel now, you've gained a lifelong supporter, and you're going to get even bigger in the future. and how the hell those 3 people came to you after the race like they did nothing wrong? anyway, great work man.
Such a good video! Im happy for you man, and at my home track!! Much deserved, congrats CHAMP!
Emotional video from start to finish for me, well put together. Great work, racing and content wise. Keep it up!
