Long story short if you have certain buffs the boss will automatically cast a counter ability (This is triggered by CCs and CEs) Evade = Sure hit Invulnerability = Ignore invulnerability Ignore invulnerability = Large Damage Cut If you have more than one of these effects which one Sigurd casts is random. You can also buff block these effects (but not the other gimmicks in this fight) Sigurd will have mental debuff resist for most of the fight and has 4 stacks of invulnerability (He will recast it when ALL stacks are removed. So if you leave him with 1 stack he won't recast) And then the main gimmick... He hits really hard 😨----------------------------- BONUS Comments You can bring PI CE to go faster, this will result in Sigurd casting the large damage cut every turn, but you can get around that with buff block / having evade / invul up so he (sometimes) casts a different counter OR you do so much damage you don't care about the damage cut
