cool addition to this would be to make two compartments in the sheath. that way when you take the leatherman out the bits holders don't move so you don't have to fuss with them when you but the leatherman back in

I always watch youtube videos at 2x speed... you know... many youtubers don't really know how to edit a video, or how to go straight to the point.
Diresta's ones makes me change this setting... he doesn't waste our time.

Good video. Just recently I learned about how finishing the edges and corners of the leather with a chamfer will prevent cracking, tearing and looks much less "rustic". You can do it with a razor, a power sander or a special tool called a skiver.
For sewing I use a sailmakers palm to push the needle, triangular sail needles and polyester thread coated with beeswax.
Even when I use a rake to punch the holes I strike a line w a pencil so my stitching is nice and neat.

+ Jimmy DiResta. You got a good result with that unusual moulding technique but it will go much easier if you soak the leather for about 20 minutes then leave it in a plastic bag for a few hours (even overnight). The leather becomes almost putty like in it's moulding capability. You would only need to make the block and mould it over the block and pin it to the baseboard . Leave it to dry and you are ready to finish it.

    keep up the great work.

Nice build, like always! What I always like to do when it comes to sewing leather, is to make a V groove along the thread holes. This way the thread falls into the groove and is less prone to wearing out over time, due to friction with clothing etc.

I carry all those leatherman bits everyday, plus a Skeletool. I bring them in an Altoids Smalls in though, along with an extra AAA battery and some odds and ends. It fits in the "watch pocket" of jeans. And yes, all bits fit in there! The size is roughly comparable to 2 AAs shrink-wrapped together.
