What have you considered starting up in Uganda? What’s holding you back ?
Political uncertainty is holding back several people.
@@lubwamasteven7627 I understand that. I would love to know what people want to start and what they need to make it happen
Was she in Valais ? Possibly Crans Montana....
@@RachaelNalumu As Simon noted, another issue is that some of our people have to be watched, you have to turn into a hawk. Which means that you almost need to be established on the ground.
@@lubwamasteven7627 yes 100%. You have to be established on the ground for sure !
I've got breakfast from this place numerous times when I've been in Kampala. I love it there ❤
So delicious ☺️

Soo good !!!
Awesome content here and so much to learn. Thank you. My goodness it is funny that I actually saw that gap in Human Resources and I wanted to do better so I left and now I need to come back and apply the ''magic''. This all goes back to learning, developing, training, basically having people unlearn that copy and paste. Then learn critical thinking.
Ahhh this made me smile big. Yes ! Critical thinking and going beyond copy & paste. You have to come back and apply that magic when you’re ready!
We’ll done guys!
Thank you!
Have ever been at this restaurant 🥰🥰🙌✌️✌️it's wooww
Sooo delicious!
Will be in UG soon, will pass through.
You wont regret it ! The pastries, bread, food, all so delicious 🤤
Home is home🏡...🇺🇬🇺🇬🇺🇬, Well said
It truly is !
Hello all good work nalumu and the team you visited !confectioneries are my bestie now in chef business I have always seen if some one serving or visiting where they prepare food you cover you head for hygiene purpose and hence I didn't see that through !next time hope for more improvement thanks,.will visit those guys in kiwatule.
Thank you so much 🙂
I love the idea of having a choice for better bread in UG. I will most definitely visit next month. This was a great one. Are they opened every day?
Thanks for watching Agnes! The bread is so delicious, I order it weekly
And actually in anticipation that they likely do not offer gluten free options, I'd be interested in knowing whether they would be open to baking gluten free stuff on order, even if they are pre-paid orders? These would be any pastries/baked goods made from cornstarch, rice flour, tapioca starch and potato flour for example.
Great question! I actually didn’t think to ask but it’s something I should have. They’re very active online so I’d send them a message and ask
Would be good to know if they do gluten free stuff. Do they?
Great question! I’m actually not too sure but they’ll answer on their socials
Human resource is a common problem, especially with Africans. Even in China, they complain about us being slow and unable to have jobs for a long time. I want to think that we do not set targets, we set our eyes on immediate results, and we do not look at the future. I think the major cause is poverty and dependency on family members and friends.
Thats a really great point, we don't set targets and we often are very short sighted. Only looking for quick quick results. Such a good point
Really informative 👌🏿
But dude needs to do he’s homework 😬
Thank you for always watching !! ☺️
🙏🏿
Not a hater but why laugh every sec for no reason
I’m a happy person 😁
@@RachaelNalumu that's really nice Rachael but I think it's better to be joyful than happy. It's got to be tamed coz at some point I saw the lady also like being disturbed by it. And I think the smile alone can really change the mood of the video without chatters.. thanks
@@reaganmugisha2848 I’m not changing but thanks for your input
Her happiness light the world.👏👏👏👏
