Hey there, thank you so much for the kind words! That is our ultimate goal with the channel and it means so much to hear you say that. Be sure to subscribe for more:)
Hello, we need to connect you with tech support. I sent over the link to join our support channel and if you let me know what printer you have I can send you the link to join the free live weekly trainings
Yes, as far as width you will be capped at 7.87" but length wise, because it's a roll, are not limited in print size. For artwork you need to produce WIDER than 7.87" you can simply rotate 90 degrees in the software
Hey there! Here is the current model for those specs: aaprintsupplyco.com/products/prestige-r2-dtf-printer-1?variant=40035213672532 available alone or bundled with either oven or roll to roll shaker combos
Hello, this is the film we would advise for best results: aaprintsupplyco.com/products/dtf-station-universal-peel-dtf-film-rolls?_pos=1&_sid=b8105c4b2&_ss=r
We do not, but DTF Station does offer the Prestige printers and other products in Africa through JG Electronics. You can find their website here: jgelectronics.com/
Hello, as long as you are able to achieve even contact on the application area with a heat press these direct to film transfers are able to be applied to hard surfaces like the items you mentioned
Hello, the manufacturer should outline exactly what sort of peel your DTF film should be. Our product listing will detail recommended settings for application, peel, everything. What film are you working with currently?
Hey there! Last year we did a comparison video showing the process side by side, you can take a look here: th-cam.com/video/iak8GeT0src/w-d-xo.htmlsi=NMhzvTXg5Bjq1n0W for this comparison we ran just printer and heat press to perform all steps
Hello! The A4 is going to be our smallest model available but for 13" wide printing DTF Station has released the R2 which is more than double the print speed of the discontinued A3 model
If the A4 works as poorly as the A3 they have replaced my Prestige A3 4 times - 5 total printers that have not performed as promised - they obviously have an issue with the A3, I would be suspicious of the A4 being a dressed up fix for the A3 - Their customer service is poor and slow - If you have a business their slow response times are a real problem as they seem to think that all you have to do is wait for them to get back to you and have no idea of production schedules. their tech support guys always seem to be overloaded must be due to all the issues
We appreciate your honest feedback. While it is our goal to stand behind the equipment we carry we can see how we have not met your expectations in this instance and for that we apologize. We would love the chance to connect with you directly to see what can be done to turn this experience around. Here is the link to connect with management: aaprintsupplyco.com/pages/contact-us
I agree with you on the piss poor customer service. Have the A-4 less than 6 months and have problems. Takes days for a response. Call and talk to someone but get nowhere. Wish i could return it and get my money back. Do not buy this piece of garbage unless you like to pay to get pissed off
This is the most exciting thing I saw in a very long time!
Direct to film for EVERYONE!
Thank you for going over how to use the equipment. You have been very informative for a newbie!

I’m guessing the A4 replaces the A3? There is no more A3 pricing on the website.
