Is Knox pre installed on this phone? I bought this phone and it was installed in the shop. When I was home the phone somehow locked because of the Knox security. The next day I went back to the shop and the phone was sent to a repair centre. It can be fixed by a hard reset and bring phone back to factory settings.... But I dont want the knox security system at all and I was wondering if it is pre installed or if it was installed by the shop.

Hi, if you mean overheating, then not really, but as I mentioned in the video, the phone did get warm when playing Genshin Impact on medium details, which was over what was recommended by the game developer. Otherwise, I haven't had any issues with it, so no complaints. Thanks for watching!

@@willdavis5127 how could I explain it to you, open 3 to 4 apps. It lags and zitters. Shit performance. In that price pixel 7a op11r much much better.
On reciept issue with moisture detection alert, never left the house and still waiting a replament from VM mobile. Been a mare especially as there is nio way to disable thr friggin alert after exhusting all the howtos available.
