In comes the A54 and out went my common sense. I was so intimidated by this phone, I actually sat in tears the first day because I didn't know what I was doing. To be honest, I have MS and massive damage from lesions on my brain which makes it very difficult for me to understand certain things on my "bad" days. Then I found your video. You are so incredibly thorough and explain EVERYTHING perfectly and at a nice calming slow pace so that I'm sure MANY appreciate! Thank you again! 😃😃

Excellent presentation! Your speed, clarity and language were done with your audience in mind. My data was transferred over from an LG LML212VL android phone. I have several several named folders within my hotmail email I transfer messages into because it has important information I want/need to keep. I have yet to figure out how to set up additional folders within my hotmail on the A54 5G. Please help!
This was very helpful. This is a new phone for me but I used it for work phone 2 years ago but the features changed. I purchased one for me 3/16/24 & can't sent photos to a person who called. I sent the old way,but they are there,but won't send despite I pushed send. Messages are coming but saying to tap to down load. I don't know how to get my established group me accts,cash ap,fetch ,fit bit,yahoo. I need serious help. Senior brain overload😢🤯. I will keep watching your videos. This A54 has upgrade since 2 years ago
I get confused on the different screens. If I swipe up from the home screen, it takes me to the 'app tray'. But if I swipe to the left, I see some of the same apps. Just wondering what those screens are for (swiping left from home). But, thanks for clarifying that going below the home is the 'app tray' -- where downloaded apps are stored.
When you hold down the gmail symbol, it displays other gmail accounts. How do you delete the accounts within the tile. Note i have already deleted other gmail accounts in manage accouts
do you mean dictate an email or message? I know on other phones you can tap a little microphone key on the keyboard, which will allow you to convert your speech into text.
Ive had this phone for a year or so. I never Knew how to answer incoming calls.... I would STAB the greenbutton & a few times it would answwer. No one ever calls me... I text most of the time.

Swiping left and right on the Homescreen take you to pages that you can customize. When you download new apps, they sometimes show up on those pages.
I'd like to know how to set up notifications for voicemail. I do not see any notification when there is a voicemail for me.
