Xur arrives every weekend on Friday @ 09:00 GMT till Sunday 09:00 GMT.
This week Xur has; 2/6 I would recommend to get but not a must have.
Titan: Peregrine Greaves - Legs.
It useful to run in PvP but personally i would only get it for collection. I rarely use it. There are much better exotics to run than this one.
Hunter: ATS/8 Tarantella - Chest.
Only get for collection. I personally never use it. There are much better exotics to run than this one.
Warlock: Voidfang Vestments. - Chest
Only get for collection. I personally never use it. There are much better exotics to run than this one.
Weapon: Truth - Rocket Launcher
100% worth getting. Although I don't use it often its my second most used exotic rocket launcher behind the Gjallarhorn
Weapon Bundles:
Invective with Storms Reproach - Shotgun
Only get for collection. I personally rarely use it. There are much better exotics to run than this one. But it can automatically give ammo like the ice breaker but also can pick up ammo
Telesto with Lingering Vestinge - Sidearm
Telesto is good fun to use in PvP and PvE. Definatly worth getting.

No servers are not shutdown. Everything is still up and running except iton banner and trials.
